I'll be the first he's been one of my favorites for the past 15 years & I'll miss Christian when he leaves.

My Canadian Brother....I`d rather see him go, then ruin his legacy by having a dance off with Fandango

I'm not one to defend WWE's booking of Christian as they really dropped the ball with him starting around 2004 but......
He has been so injury prone in the past few years that it makes perfect sense for WWE not to put too much stock into him. A lot of his failed success (in recent years anyway) is due to injury.

I bet Christian saved up his money and would retire if he doesn't stay, possibly doing a couple indy shows. I don't see him going to TNA again.

About damn time for both of them. Christian was my favourite wrestler in 2005, but he's been so bad since he came back that I just don't want to see him on TV anymore. He's made a ton of money, his body seems to be saying to quit, and he should get out of the ring with his health relatively intact.
Del Rio's just the most boring main eventer this side of Randy Orton. There are a few things I'd like to see Del Rio do further down the card, but I guess from his perspective, why stick around taking bumps for less than main event money?

I think the first time and maybe the only time I've ever shed tears at the result of a wrestling match was when Christian won the belt at ER.
I lied , Axel winning the belt on Father's Day as well.

well for years it has been apparent that Vince thinks little to nothing of Christian......
I also predicted weeks back that I reckoned Christian would get taken out by somebody and replaced in the Chamber. either that or he is canned by Orton and first to be eliminated.

Have him retire and enter the HOF and be inducted by Edge.
I love that guy though, he is a tremendous in ring competitor and a true legend. He should of won the WHC back at Summerslam.

I can't believe how blatant hey have been with how much they don't like Christian. He's a hell of a performer. And a big time name from the attitude era who risked as much of his body as Edge and the rest of those guys but is still hanging around. Christians the last of his kind. This is sadder than when all the ECW originals were chased out of WWECW

If I was Christian and they pulled me from the Elimination Chamber, I'd quit on the spot. I understand that WWE doesn't feel he's a big name, but except for Kane, who hasn't wrestled since October, Christian is the longest tenured active Superstar in the WWE right now and if they don't trust him enough to believe that he could put on a good performance at the PPV and are actively looking to pull him, then that is just crazy.
NOBODY is asking for Christian to win, I don't even think he cares about that. But let him go out there and put on a good performance. I think he's earned that right.

Gotta say this much... As much as I hate to see him go I can also understand it. He's 40 years old, body's giving out, and I believe him & his wife just had their first child. Plus I think he still lives in Florida, so I'm sure he could contribute to NXT occasionally. HOF most likely won't come real soon, but I have no doubt he deserves to go in.
And for the record I still say Christian > Edge. Only lost my voice at two wrestling events. And both were cheering for Christian.

Christian should have kept the world title in 2011 until Wrestlemania 28, defended it successfully, then should have retired and be inducted into the hall by Edge.

Del rio gets too much hate. I agree he shouldn't be in the main event but the dude has a future as a midcarder. He is one of the only Latino people left and wwe needs him when mysterio leaves. Unless wwe finds a replacement this man is needed

Father time is undefeated and i just hope they do him right when he calls it a career... and yeah thats pretty ing pathetic if they are looking to can him from the chamber. Thinking about what could have been in 2005 still pisses me off.

Christian has been a favorite of mine for years, but his departure will undoubtedly be bittersweet. On one hand, it sucks to see yet another veteran of his caliber leave. On the other hand, it's blatantly obvious that WWE has absolutely no plans for him. What more can he do? He had that fantastic run in 2011, but they never truly let him have the ball to run with, and now it's too late.

Christian is getting too older to wrestle. He should get a WWE world heaveyweight run just before he leaves. Then get inducted into the Hall of Fame by Edge
