Idris Elba just announced that he recently filmed a scene with Tom Hiddleston and Chris Hemsworth for Avengers 2 So looks like Loki and Heimdall are getting a cameo scene, probably setting up Thor 3 seeing as it takes place right after A2 Excellent. The more connectivity the better. Yeah, I could see it being a credits scene, Odin (Loki) asking Heimdall is Thor has returned yet, then Thor coming around from a corner and Heimdall telling him that Odin is Loki. Nice little continuation/cliffhanger for Ragnarok

Confirmed!!!! Hayley Atwell will be in Ant-Man! ok so first we have Slattery as Howard Stark & now HA as Peggy in Ant Man.....Im liking the possibilities here. Obviously Stark sr & Pym were colleagues of some sort.....hmmm....& now we have Peggy too...I sense Ant Man may have one heck of a revelation to unfold on us.

How crazy is it that we're 18 months away from Captain America 3: The Civil War? We're going to be watching Civil War on screen in a year and a half. I really can't believe it.

Yes he is....plenty saying it isn't a shot but IMO? It is because the public is just so conscious of Marvel/post creds now. I have always thought He was full of sh*t going back to the days when he said he had no intention of using Joker in his 3rd Bat movie when he clearly did.......His work IMO is incredibly overrated. I liked his bat movies but he hamstrung them as much as helped them. BB is the clear winner for me. Oh I remember the days when asscrack Bob and his gang used to absolutely flame the sh*t outta anybody on here that dared prefer anything to TDK. I was in the VAST minority that would dare say they enjoyed IM more than TDK....they could eat all of my sh*t everyday in 2008 and they could do it in 2014 too if they were still here..... The type of bat fan that Nolan's movies produced(wretched f*cking know it all's) still make me gag. Now that's not every Batfan that his movies made obviously.

I cannot stand Nolan. He's conceited. That's such rubbish. I hate what pretention has come from those movies.
To me the Nolan flicks aren't even Batman. It's some anyone with money can have gear and do that. It stripped all sense of the fantaical from the universe. Batman is who he is because super powers and a bigger universe exist.
Nolan is pretentious. And he started to like his own name too much. Believed his own hype.
Post credits are heaps and stacks better than MOS.

I think this Nolan thing has been taken way to far out of context.. Imagine the backlash WB/DC would have received if Nolan did say "yes" to a post credit scene in 'Man of Steel'.. From what I've read in the article, Warner Bros. basically walked up to Nolan and said "should we copy Marvel" and he said "no", then gave his reason based on his point of view.
Does anyone remember the final scene of 'Man of Steel'? It involves dialogue that includes "are you effin' stupid", by a military general.. Followed by a giggling girl that "just thinks he's kinda hot". It was still a comedy coda ending, but it wasn't in the style of Marvel.. And it was cringe worthy, god awful.. All of this really is an example of Warner Bros and their issue of taking the DC properties entirely too serious.
'The Dark Knight' and 'Batman Begins' are still 2 of my favorite movies of all time.. 'The Dark Knight Rises' is a spectacle but by my 3rd and 4th view I really noticed how bad it is.. And I was one of the people applauding in my theater during the final scenes.. I was also one of those people extremely excited for 'Man of Steel' and went into it completely open minded.. And hated it.. I bought it on Blu-Ray when it came out, have watched it twice since then to try and not hate it, yet I still dislike this movie.. That's how BAD I wanted to like 'Man of Steel'. That even though I didn't like it in theater, I bought it and re-watched it, didn't like it then watched it again to try and like it.. And still don't like it.
Christopher Nolan is a damn fine filmmaker and has earned the right to have an opinion.. He is going to finish his career as a legend without question.. But this is one opinion not shared by others.. Not shared by critics, and not shared by the same people that enjoyed his Batman trilogy.. Christopher Nolan was one of the best things to happen to WB/DC while simultaneously being one of the worst things to happen to WB/DC.. Because the success of Nolan's dark, gritty, realistic superhero trilogy gave Warner Bros a map that is going to pigeonhole them going forward..
The irony in all of this is a line written by Nolan himself... "Why so serious?".

I do think that Nolan takes himself a little too seriously, but I don't think he meant to disparage the Marvel movies or their stingers. Probably could have chosen his words better though.
Personally, I think Marvel's movie formula is very good, but I understand why DC/WB wants to distinguish themselves.

I say this all the time, but the worst thing about the Nolan Batman movies were all these know it all douche bag fans that they spawned. After The Dark Knight half the world all of a sudden became Batman experts. The Nolan movies were good for what they were, but there are far from being the greatest incarnation of Batman ever. If you ask me the Arkham video games from both a story and the way the characters were portrayed are far better than the Nolan trilogy.
