I have some sample packs from Bodybuilding.com along with some scoops. The stuff I took today was called "White Pump" by Controlled Labs. I also have Myokem Nitramine, Muscletech Anarchy and EVL Engn in a variety of flavors along with Myo-Blitz and Mr. Hyde sample packs. Speaking of which, don't ever buy supplements at GNC. Their prices suck, the employees are pushy and their selection is lame. Bodybuilding.com has fair prices, good deals (BOGO or % off) and I literally got next day delivery without extra cost. Awesome. Thanks. I'm going to do some research. My workouts have been going good and I'm putting on muscle, I just feel like I'm starting to plateau as far as strength goes. I'm looking for a decent supplement that isn't going to damage my organs or make my junk stop working, lol. Nah you'll be ok with that stuff. Just be careful if you drink a lot of alcohol as it could damage your liver/kidneys with all that stuff passing through there. I also recommend the "Con-Cret" brand Creatine. Good stuff!

I have a question whats your opinion on workout dvds? Do you think they actually work I just recently decided to try shaun Ts insanity dvds.

Can someone please recommend me some foods for someone who only does cardio?
I drink plenty of water diet is usually turkey, fruit, and vegetables
I need breakfast ideas.

It's about what works for YOU Gym memberships are just too expensive for me so the workout dvds imo is much cheaper for me.

Smoothies are a great breakfast. What about cereal? I used to eat Special K. Most have a high sugar content per serving. Shredded wheat and/or frosted mini wheats are probably the best of the bunch. Keep away from flavored cereals as they're LOADED with sugar. I use unsweetened almond milk also. It's much lower in fat/calories and has no sugar.

I just brought insanity but I haven't tried it yet I have to move my room around for more space.But does it really work?

Ah awesome and yeah believe me, if your main goal is weight loss then as long as you don't pig out in the nutrition department, you will lose weight. first two weeks of both insanity and max 30 I lost half a stone, it gets very tedious to me after that and I usually head back for the dumbbells Lol. But it definitely works If your pushing yourself

I suggest trying Kodiak cakes, it's a pancake/waffle mix that has a pretty good ingredient profile. Most Target stores usually carry them. www.kodiakcakes.com/mixes/

2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 cup baby spinach 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 tbsp. green superfood smoothie mixture

Just started going to Planet Fitness with my girlfriend.
Our first day was Friday and we looked a bit confused. Im about 220 lbs and I'm 5'10", I'm trying to lose like 20 pounds but don't even know what I should and shouldn't do. I really don't know where to begin. Her and I both want to cut weight.
The problem with me is I have very sharp pains that go from my ankles up to my knees on both legs!!
So what do you guys think we should do? I dont want to embarrass myself and look weak.
