Turning 16 in June which means I can finally attend a public gym, although I have been doing home workouts for the past year or so and have noticed some sort of progress. Mainly chin-ups, Muscle ups, push ups and crunches for now but I do lift weights now and then, no more than 20kg though as I don't wanna screw up my muscles.

My gym (city run) does not allow people under 18 in the weight room. Only pool, squash, racquetball, or basketball courts if you're under 18 years old. Anyone else have one like this?

Day number two at Planet Fitness was a success. I did 10 mins on the treadmill, 10 on the olipical thing, and 20 on the sit down bicycle.
Im going to try to raise those numbers next time but its hard because of the pains in my legs.

Some of you guys don't know how Lucky you are to be naturally big. You can always work with fat, I have to build muscle from the ground up. Im17, 6'1 and 140 soaking wet. I would love to put on between 30-40 pounds on in muscle. Need to get a gym membership, just need a gym buddie

I'm going to Anytime Fitness tomorrow for a few hours. I'm mainly trying to lose weight, since I've put on roughly 25 lbs since the start of the year.

I need to start exercising again. I lost 130 pounds a year and a half ago and I've gained 40 back. I just invested in a planet fitness membership.

I just recently started getting back in the gym after not doing anything for about 2 years and losing everything I was working towards :/
But it's all good, I've been going for the past two months through the week and taking weekends off. I've nearly stopped eating fast-food all together, as well as stopped drinking sodas.
I'm 6'3 and last time I weighed I was in the range of 190-200 I think.

Doing terribly. Overeating like crazy. At least I've consistently been weighing below 230 lbs even after 6 straight days of asininely horrific eating. Back on track tomorrow. I hate to sound like one of those resolutioners who makes empty promises, but it's not like I don't have what it takes.. (repost from page 1, and you can find my face in the gallery of the gods if you really need to) Hey, look, two months later and still weighing in around 230. Still like one of those resolutioners with empty promises. God ing ing damn it. (No I am definitely not James Enderson and definitely don't make rants about binge eating in Banter all the time.)

I've basically given up. Waiting on a fellow member to report back on a new workout but I'm basically stuck at 215. Oh well.

Can someone please recommend me some foods for someone who only does cardio? I drink plenty of water diet is usually turkey, fruit, and vegetables I need breakfast ideas.I don't recall if you like eggs... but I kinda like this little thing I came up with. 2 eggs, handful of fresh spinach, 6-8 cherry tomatoes halved, (a little grated cheddar cheese--optional, not pictured) Cooking: cook eggs till 85% done, toss in tomatoes and spinach, toss and cover if you have a lid... pretty much till eggs and spinach are finished. Toss on a little cheese if desired, salt and pepper to taste.
