I don't waste my 3 hours on Monday's anymore. I read the results and catch the highlights afterward. I don't want to be negative. I just want one thing and I wouldn't be so pessimistic. One of my four favorites, just one to win a world title. I don't even care if it's the WHC if they split it again. That's all I want. And since you said I should find a new show, got any recommendations? <That's a genuine question, 90% done with Breaking Bad and need something else. Sons of Anarchy is really good, if you haven't seen that. It's on Netflix UK, I assume it's on the US one too. Game of Thrones is great, but I don't think that's on any subscription service yet. People say House of Cards is great, but I haven't seen it. And there's always The Wire, which people always said was the best TV show ever... Until Breaking Bad happened. I don't think anything's gonna live up to BB, to be honest. But wrestling will always seem 100% worse just by reading stuff and watching when you've already read the results. I used to always read results first up to about 2006/07 and I was fairly negative about it then, and started enjoying it more when I started avoiding spoilers (especially for Raw and PPVs). If you're just hanging on for your favourites to win a world title though, you should add Reigns, Rollins, Ambrose or Wyatt to your favourites -- they're the only current guys I see winning it. I agree about Breaking Bad & reading spoilers, I enjoy wrestling much more now I don't read 'em.

Yep, just me being negative. No it isn't. You're probably the most negative in general across all wrestling topics, but there are lots of other posters that love to be negative. It's a shame really, seems like it'd be easier to just stop watching a TV show that you don't enjoy and find one you do enjoy... But such is life. This is so true. Sometimes I don't get some of the wrestling fans on here who constantly are negative about the product when it's so easy to change the channel. Last week, when something was on that I didn't care for or I knew I would dislike, instead of complaining about it like a lot did, I simply changed the channel to something I would like, stayed on the thread to see if the segment ended or I would switch back and forth every couple minutes to see if it ended. It saved me the headache of complaining about the show. It's like some wrestling fans enjoy torturing themselves watching something they dislike.Another example, when I found TNA unbearable to watch, I simply stopped watching their product. I actually have more respect for the fans who when they say they will stop watching for a while and they mean it than the ones who constantly whine about not watching or hating that certain people on top and watch the next week. I;m not shocked that Vince doesn't change barely anything when it comes to the main event scene because he knows the same people who complain about it will watch the next week and he will still sucker those sick of seeing Cena to buy a ticket to go to their shows. What's going on with Cena in the main event is the same thing that they did with Austin, Hogan, Bruno, etc. It's the same formula they've been using for many, many years. Me, I'm sick of Cena on top, so I'll simply change the channel whenever he's on cause I'm not gonna torture myself by watching this guy on TV if I know I'm not gonna like what he's doing, and I'm not even the biggest Cena hater. I just don't wanna see him in the title picture.

Wrestlers who beat Hulk Hogan clean when he was top face in the company: Ultimate Warrior Wrestlers who beat Stone Cold Steve Austin clean when he was top face in the company: Abeyance -- wait, actually, that wasn't clean Triple H once, kind of Wfigs members who don't understand that top faces losing clean is supposed to be rare: Well, just read this thread and you can get that list Right, but fans will keep on harping on more and more about this, because they are tired of unlimited victories. They didn't get tired of Austin or Rock like they have John, they weren't around for long enough, they did with Hogan in 93 and he was starting to get booed. Cena has been around for so long, he can make wrestlers superstars. And if he did it more often, then he wouldn't have to hold the title 15 times.

Some people on here are either complete morons or let their blind hate for Cena ruin any common sense they may have. At first, I was like "this post was aimed at RybackV1." But then I was like "actually, it applies to way more people than that." Barrett IMO will be going no further than his current station. Like Ziggler he has proven himself to be far too injury prone for even a high card spot that may lead to something. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Having guys like Barrett and Ziggler (and Hollywood Miz) at the IC/US level can make those titles matter again. For about three or four years now, whenever someone wins the IC title, all they go on about is "I'm going to bring prestige back to this championship, like when Mr Perfect, Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels had it" -- yet none of them ever do. They just go on about old champions for cheap pops without ever adding their own name to the list of great IC titleholders. I think Barrett and co could change that and bring about a resurgence of the midcard belts. I wouldn't bet a tenner on it actually happening though. I agree......WWE needs great midcarders to make that area shine again and prepare future ME talent. Also this topic has ran its course and is just the same argument over & over again. time for the lock.
