And while he hasn't cut any memorable promos, all of his little guest spots on WWE's online/Network shows indicate that he has a lot of charisma. I don't know if you're being sarcastic or if you just haven't seen them. Cesaro's appearances on the JBL Show are the most horrendous things in the world. It's like when they'd throw Khali out to do stuff that humiliates him based on his limitations, like trying to sing Christmas carols with his garbled voice. The entire point of Cesaro on that show seems like it's to mock his total inability to project any kind of personality or presence, or to speak with any conviction or timing. If that's what you think a lot of charisma is, you're probably not a better judge of the "it" factor than Vince McMahon. Or anyone in the entire world.

Yeah, no charisma. 0/10 in the "JBL is poopy" WWE charisma scale.
Cesaro has tons of charisma. He does comedy really well. I don't know what video you were watching but he obviously has personality just waiting to burst out. He shows it in the ring as well when he foreshadows and teases moves. He does that as well or better than anyone on the roster except for Randy Orton.

I don't know what video you were watching The one I posted the link to. And the other episodes of the same show where they have him on being terrible every week.

Cesaro has no charisma/can't connect with the crowd vs. Cesaro is a main event player is the biggest argument on this board lately, this side of the CM Punk wars.

Bret wasn't a great talker especially in the beginning of his WWE days and that is why they paired him with the Anvil and Jimmy Hart. But over time he got good enough that he could cut a good promo. It's not always creative's fault when someone doesn't continue to get over...the talent needs to entertain in and out of the ring.
Now he is entertaining in the ring and impresses me alot while in the ring, but outside the ring I would rather watch paint dry than listen to him cut a promo. And he doesn't have the presence to tell a story without talking. They should have never removed him from Zeb and Swagger because that was working. With Heyman it was all about Brock...And with Heyman just talking Brock Cesaro couldn't hold his momentum on ring work alone.
Now if the Authority wasn't beat last month at SS they could have put him in that faction as their "muscle" and had Triple H do his talking.

I wouldn't take a online WWE show that is a joke as a way to judge Cesaro.

I think it's bullcrap. Cesaro has "it". Amen brother. Just give him a mic and let him give it a bash. Do you think Sergio Aguero was always as phenomenal as he is now? Of course not. He needed a manager to put him up front until he scored and keep him there until he did it consistently. Obviously there are some Mario Balotellis out there who we need to stop putting in that position, but you don't know who's a Mario and who's a Sergio unless you give them a fair chance. Let him start cutting promos until he gets himself over!
