I'll wait for the Evolution 4-pack. See the horsemen did exist in the WWE because that's exactly what Evolution was meant to be, was WWEs version, that would be a good set too, for a regular release exclusive at Target Wal mart or Toy R us. Flashback Batista, orton anf triple h are all in demand. Has to be elite though.

Evolution with all of the Raw Championship Title Belts (World, Intercontinental, and 2 Raw Tag Team) from Armageddon 2003!!
They could also make The Cabinet 4 pack and include all of the Smackdown Championship Title Belts (Undisputed, United States, and 2 Smackdown Tag Team) from 2005!!
What other factions had at least 4 Championships Title Belts during their run, aside from NWO and DX??

technically this version of the Horsemen were in the WWE...they were all on stage at RAW the next night after the HoF ceremony.

Its all about Windham for me. I'm happy with my current figures of the Horseman so I'm gonna have to go the ebay route and order a loose Barry. Ill be a very happy man when he joins the others on my display shelves.

Exactly, I'd still love to see an Evolution 4 pack! I can see it as a Target Exclusive like the Rocky Maivia figure was. It doesn't have to be under the HOF name.

None of them except Simmons is in the Hall of Fame.... hahaha yes right...didn't think about that part I guess lol duh..me stupid. What if it's a pack with say Mean Gene, Jesse, Gorilla and Bobby?

This box set is sweet.I like they put Windham in it but it sucks for people who only want Windham cause they got the rest but if it end up being $50 I'll probably get 2 sets

That's what the WWE says but it was the their version of the horsemen, much like fourtune was the tna version.

I think they need to drop the HOF tag from future 3 or 4 figure sets. The singles are fine but they are really painting themselves too much in a corner with only doing HOF guys in 4 figure packs especially if they are doing groups. If they want to do a random HOF set with guys like one from each era, the 70's, 80's, 90's 2000's I guess that would be neat.

An Evolution set would definitely get a buy from me. Horseman isn't really in my time, although I respect the impact this stable had.

No accessories at all is sort of a dealbreaker, especially since the classic red "World" tag belts two of these came with on Matty Collector are just brutally scalped now. If it is $49.99 or something retail I would certainly salute them on that price point.

Preach brotha! I'd actually like more focus on the 85-94 era. I feel like we definitely have enough attitude era Raw /Nitro guys. While it would be cool if these type of figures were branded as WCW/ECW/NWA/whatever instead of WWE, personally it doesn't bother me what the packaging looks like, I'm more interested in the figure inside. Plus as has already been said, WCW, ECW and many other defunct promotions are now owned by WWE so in effect their history has become part of WWE's history anyway. As far as I'm concerned the more areas of wrestling's history Mattel covers in their Legends/Flashback figures, the better. In fact I wish we could get WCW/NWO superstars even more often than we currently do. That said, too heavy focus on the 1970s/1980s stars is, in my opinion, a big part of what killed the Legends line in the first place. I'm not denying the importance of the 1970s/1980s stars, but I honestly think the Monday Night Wars era is where Mattel's primary focus should be for maximizing sales and interest in their Legends/Flashback figures. 4 of the 6 figures in Legends Series 3 were Attitude Era/MNW era figures, 3 of which were highly wanted figures. It was by far the worse shelf warming set of the Legends line not only being clearanced out like the original hall of fame line at major retailers but also being clearanced out at Dollar General & Big Lots....So no, I wouldnt say focusing on that era would be in their best interest. Focusing on variety and detail as well as names that made impacts in their era/generation, should be what Mattel is doing and that's exactly what they have been since they started up the Flashbacks.

As long as I get one I could care less if it fails or not. This is my most wanted item. I would've preferred Ole Anderson but I'm not gonna complain. If this is the only Elite 4 pack made I'm fine with that. I don't care about kids or what anybody else collects. I lived and watched the Horseman live on TV. I can't wait!

I dont mind having more MNW era guys. Goldberg, Hollywood Hogan, Scott Hall, 1004 holds Jericho would all be great figures. Its the people saying things like "Why make Tito, where is Shamrock?" Tito has done twice as much in wrestling then Shamrock ever has. Then people want Gangrel, who's as relevant in wrestling as a corner post lol. Like I said, I like how Mattel is doing it. They're hitting the BIG names from the big eras.

my only worry about this 4pack is the price - how steep will it be? Im thinking at the lowest price it'll be 49.99. If they include any kind of accessory it'll jump to around 59.99

I feel the same way when I hear...where is Shamrock, Gangrel, etc etc. ..and then the same members instantly post..." that Tito (insert any wrestler before their time) will shelf warm." But then I remember I'm on a figure forum and most people here are younger than I am. Even Though My Age Group (31) May not post as much...I feel that it doesn't mean they aren't buying figures. I agree Mattel should make all the heavy hitters from the Monday Night Wars. I hope Mattel elite winds up being the most complete collection of all time, but I still feel like it's time to focus more on 85-94(mainly because that's what I want lol). Preach brotha! Normally I wouldn't impulse buy something in the $50 price range but no way will I hesitate on this. Every figure in it is a win IMO. A first time in the line Windham, a Flair that matches the DM robe, and reissues of Arn and Tully. All win.
