My opinion is that Mattel half asses most of their figures. I look at a Neca figure, a marvel select, a DC collectibles figure and I compare them to WWE Mattel's and they look like kid toys. The Elite line is supposed to be for Collectors, am I wrong? Yes I feel you are wrong when stating that the elite line is supposed to be for collectors. Collectors prefer them to basics but when it comes down to it I feel these 'toys' are designed for kids. I may be wrong but I have never seen these as collectors items or adult collectables like I do with some of the Neca, Play Arts etc figures. I see them for what they are, kids toys that I enjoy to collect. Again, I may be wrong and maybe Mattel is designing the elites for adults I just don't see it. My opinion is that Mattel half asses most of their figures. I look at a Neca figure, a marvel select, a DC collectibles figure and I compare them to WWE Mattel's and they look like kid toys. The Elite line is supposed to be for Collectors, am I wrong? I'm pretty sure all of the WWE Mattel figures are geared towards kids. Elites are just more palatable for Adults. No offense, but I don't think Mattel would make an Earthquake, or an X-Pac for kids. I think the main point is that the Elite line is supposed to be geared towards Adult Collectors. Isn't that the reason why the words 'Drug Free' are allowed on the hands of an Elite Punk, but not a basic? Even if they were geared towards kids, I would say they aren't designed for rough play like the basics are. Sure, the basics still break but not as easily as the Elites. What little kid wouldn't want to smash around their Sheamus figure without worrying if it's going to break? All of them. That's why (at least in my opinion) the Elites are supposed to be geared towards adult collectors and the basics are supposed to be geared towards kids. Parents are going to want to pay $20 for a figure when they can basically get the same figure for $10. If the Elite figures are directed towards adult collectors, then they are seriously lacking compared to other companies. That's just my unpopular wrestling figure opinion.

By the same token, do you think Mattel would pack a John Cena heavier than JYD an for adult collectors? This is a kids' toy line that makes some concessions for adults and hardcore collectors, not the other way around. That's why we get revision cases without Earthquake and Honky Tonk Man in the sets they're in but we don't get revision cases without John Cena and Rey Mysterio in the sets they're in.

People that think collecting Diva figures is "creepy" need to take a good long look in the mirror, maybe with all their half naked little plastic men behind them. Divas sell better than flashbacks. We need more flashbacks from the "RA" Era. There should never be more than 2 flashbacks per ANY series, unless it's the HOF series. Preach! They say Diva Collecting is creepy, how?! Because we appreciate women wrestling as men? People who collect diva figures are not weird in anyway and if there implying were how do I put this... OTT LOVING them. GROW UP. We are not that immature (well 99% of us are not)
They do! There harder to find, short packed and I always see tons of flashbacks and usually one diva every time I go to look for figures.
Again we do, R.A was my favourite era we need more.
True it kinda gets annoying if your waiting for a top guy/girl to get a updated figure in Elite but they have half the set filled with Flashbacks.

E22 Tensai wasn't that bad a figure. lol but he was What I meant was he wasn't a bad figure accessory wise. His coat and hood are pretty cool if you ask me. The figure itself has the wrong attire, his chest doesn't look accurate and his arms are too skinny.

This is why. its not because they're women, it because how enthusiastic diva collectors are towards strictly divas. We get it, you "appreciate" the fiasco that womens wrestling is currently.

- Elite 30 batista is the best Mattel batista - Baf line should end and suited elites should just be put in the regular line - First time in the lines should be much easier to find than they are - Paul bearer should be the next amazon exclusive - The first Rsc kane is VERY underrated - Elite 23 macho man head is awful - Outside of "Stunning Steve Austin" we don't need anymore Austin's - The only elite warrior I'd buy is halloween havoc 98 and last raw appearance - Elite 6 Jtg is the best "jobber" elite - Elite 36 ddp is the worst flashback by Mattel yet (maybe because I just purchased the legends one and will not buy it) - Summerslam heritage orton is the best orton yet - Elite 16 Nash should never be worth as much as it is - The best Mattel flashback is either elite 14 big bossman or booker t

Mattel is right to not want to do Magnum T.A. The prices are getting much to high, and the quality is sinking, quickly too. They need to slow the Hogans down. agreed on all of this.

I mean he literally wore black trunks is whole career, and barely changed any facial features. And we also got jeans/shorts austin so I think we're good. But yes, sign me up for Hollywood Blondes!

The jumpsuit with E32 Daniel Bryan was a waste of cloth. I hate that his newer shirts have been relegated to the Walmart t-shirt line.
