So, today i was thinking about the year 2002. This year included every single one of the biggest WWE superstars all wrestling at one time such as •Hulk Hogan •The Rock •Steve Austin •John Cena •Shawn Michaels •Triple H •The Undertaker and many more...
I thought this was so awesome! Comment your thoughts below!

This should be in the Classics Board.
And correction, 2002 had a lot of WWE's biggest stars up to that point. Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, Batista, Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, Bob Backlund, Billy Graham, and Bruno Sammartino are all missing from the list.

I think he is referring to the WWE Mount Rushmore so to speak of Austin, Rock, Hogan and Cena. You can't argue those four being the biggest names of all time.

2002 was a great year to be a wrestling fan. So many great matches and so many great memories plus it was the era of the Smackdown 6!

The first elimination chamber match, the return of HBK, and the brand split. I wish every Raw and Smackdown from 02 was on the Network. I would definitely become shut off to the outside world for at least a week.

2002-2004 had some of the best PPV quality matches to ever be shown on free TV. It was like one of the two shows would have a PPV caliber match every week.

2002 was my first full year as a legitimate fan, so it holds a special place in my heart. In all honesty, it's probably my favorite year for WWE yet.

I'd argue The Undertaker over The Rock, just for the notable character that comes with the entertainment aspect of things, and the length of his career.

2002 gets overlooked by many people. To add on to what others wrote, 2002 had such a stacked roster. With the brand split in place come April, the benefit was you only saw certain performers once a week as opposed to over exposing them. Wish that was the case today.

Loved 2002, one of the best years in WWE in my opinion. Ive been going through it lately actually, just got done watching Royal Rumble and No Way Out, both very good.

2002 did indeed have a super loaded roster. It's why the brand split actually made sense during the time. I went back and watched the PPVs from that year and only three or four aren't very good (Backlash, Judgment, Armageddon) but SummerSlam 2002 may be the single best non-WrestleMania PPV in history. Survivor Series 2002 is amazing too.
Shawn Michaels returning, Jericho as Undisputed Champion, SummerSlam, the Angle/Rock/Undertaker Triple Threat match, Undertaker/Jeff Hardy Ladder match, the Smackdown Tag Team Titles, the rise of Brock Lesnar and more. The only things I disliked from the year was Hulk Hogan's run and most of Taker as Champion.

Wrestlemania X8 is only second to Wrestlemania XIX as my favourite ever.

Vince McMahon wanted to show his appreciation for Hogan's service in the 1980's by giving him the championship. Much like how Bob Backlund was champion in 1994. The Undertaker's reign gave us a really awesome Ladder Match with Jeff Hardy as well as that amazing Triple Threat Match at Vengeance. SummerSlam 2002 was just too damn good. I'll probably revisit said event again.
