Don't know why TNA is offering so much when they can't even pay their current talent on time. They should be interested in hiring younger talent and building them up to be huge stars. TNA really has no problem building talent sometimes I just can't understand how dumb they are. I'll take guys like EC3 over Rey Mysterio any day.

What retail outlets carry TNA merchandise? At this point I think more stores would carry Rey Mysterio stuff than TNA stuff.

Whats Mysterious Ray doing in the Impact Zone? I think the chances are high that they'd go with a WCW throwback gimmick and call him Question Mark Man.

I can't sleep at night until I see Rey Mysterio vs. Eric Young. God, what a dream match.

From a merchandise standpoint, I am completely burnt out on Rey Mysterio. What else do we need that we don't already have? But from a wrestling perspective, and I can't believe I'm writing this, but TNA needs more old school stars to fill in the voids they created. Other than Angle and Hardys, what other veterans do they have? Do you believe the younger guys in TNA couldn't learn from Mysterio?

The thing I love, is TNA, a company that was lucky to get on the station they're on now, is going to promise Rey, they would get him deals for other TV shows and movies. But yeah, that's the way to really go Dixie, throw money at a guy who's past his prime, with a history of knee problems, and maybe has a few years left in him. Screw trying to invest time and money in more young guys.

This would be a great move by Rey,he basically has TNA by the balls and can bend them over backwards and get anything he wants.TNA is in bad shape right now and I believe them trying to sign Rey is their hail marry move to try and keep Impact on DA which is rumored to drop them in fall.TNA probably thinks signing Rey will increase ratings, online merch sales, touring(if they actual start doing house shows again) and again might be just enough to keep them on DA.So if I was Rey I would sign but make sure that if TNA goes belly up he get payed his contract in full.
I know both men are older and broken down and a few steps slower but I would love to see Kurt Angle .Vs Rey Mysterio again and also him facing off against Jeff Hardy which has never really happened before. Both would be pretty big matches and if book right and hyped right(both things Dixie and TNA are terrible at) would move the needle a bit and either would be a pretty big match up for Bound for Glory.

I honestly don't care about Mysterio. They may be big stars but I don't want to see Mysterio or El Patron anywhere near TNA.

Honestly, Rey should just stay at AAA, where they only have him wrestle the large events, and at Lucha Underground if he goes there. And also, what would Rey Mysterio do for TNA that Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, Hulk Hogan, Sting, etc. couldn't do for TNA? If these guys I've mentioned and the other BIG names couldn't increase the ratings by a lot, what makes TNA think that bringing in Rey would increase their ratings? Now, I gotta say, for a business/merchandise standpoint, it would be a smart move, but then again they have Jeff Hardy, who was once one of WWE's biggest merchandise sellers at the time he was there. If TNA can get him, good for them, but I honestly wouldn't care since they'll most likely be gone by the fall, unless by some MAJOR luck, they can get Destination America to change their minds.
