New day has brought out the best of all three guys. Xavier Woods a showing that he could be that smug annoying heel. Kofi is proving that he could be just more than just a mid-card baby face. But I am particularly impressed with Big E the most. When he first debuted he was pretty much a charisma vacuum. Pretty much any prototypical big guy. He's come a long way and his charisma is contagious, probably because he's able to be himself. He honestly has big potential to be something much bigger than what he is right now. I would put Xavier in that same boat too but I feel that they are going to limit him because of his size.

Totally agree. He's champion material.

I said it when he was cutting promos as NXT Champion. He could be one of them biggest stars this profession has ever seen. I can't wait for it.

After he won the IC title, I thought he was going to go for the WHC after...

I remember the first time I saw something from him, was a few years ago, in a video from Mania fan access. Dolph, AJ and him were doing signings, and a fan gave him a Big E My Little Pony, and the joking around he did with AJ over it, showed his personality, and that he could be a funny guy. All I could think after seeing that, was if they just gave him a chance to be himself, like he was there, he could really break out of just being the big guy working as a bodyguard.

I love Big E. He has a larger-than-life personality.

I like him but he has to get rid of the spear to the outside spot. It looks far too dangerous and should only be saved for major PPVs.

I've liked him for a while. He showed personality while with Dolph and AJ towards the end of that run. Happy to see him doing so well with New Day.

Big E always had personality, you could see it on older NXT episodes but now he's a fountain of charisma. Kofi was always a solid worker.

He wasn't very interesting or entertaining while he was IC champ IMO, but now he's tapped in.
He's always been solid in the ring, but now he's got the personality and charisma to match.

He's got a goofy personality which makes me question if I would want to see as a world champ. A guy built like him should act like a badass like Goldberg or Batista not goofing around. How can I take him serious.

He's gotta be one of my favorites. He's very, very good in the ring, especially for his size. His matches against Rusev during their IC Title (?) feud prove that. Pretty excited to see how charismatic he is. He deserves any good things that come his way.

Yeah Big E has shown serious improvement!
The New Day has been a breath of fresh air for all 3 guys, Xavier Woods is excelling as the captain/mouthpiece of the group. Kofi is definately showing his heel capabilities, hoping a few solo title runs can come out of this faction for him. But E is easily the most improved, this gimmick has completely unleashed his inner character. He's clearly quite a charismatic, witty guy, and it's coming across well now.
To nick a quote from a magazine, it's just a shame the Big E/Brock showdown after the Kofi match in Japan couldn't have meant more than the squash it became. Big E reeks of charisma, but he's also a biiiiig dude! His best solo matches were against Rusev last year, I'd love to see more of E vs Rusev/Owens/Wyatt/Ryback.

I never saw much in him, tbh, but he's been very entertaining since New Day.

If Big E was 6'5 I think he'd be a consistent main eventer. Being under 6' is probably why he will never get a true main event push. He has in ring skills, the look, and decent mic skill. I do see him having a tremendous career in the mid card feuding for the US and Intercontinental championships.

I've loved Big E since I first saw him. I hope that he goes further once the group goes its own ways. As sad as that day will be.

He's got a goofy personality which makes me question if I would want to see as a world champ. A guy built like him should act like a badass like Goldberg or Batista not goofing around. How can I take him serious. Agree with this. Within the context of the New Day, frat boy three amigos comedy tour, his charisma really works. However, as a singles act you kind of get into that weird Santino territory where you don't want to see him above a certain level doing that kind of stuff. I think he can be funny and people will still take him seriously in the ring, but if he goes solo he'll need to find a way to do that the way The Rock or Jericho did it, Booker T as well. His 5 count stuff was great in NXT, and I have no doubt we could see a similar run from him with one of the two midcard titles but I haven't seen anything from him that makes me feel like he could be WWE Champion someday, personally. All that being said, they need to run with this New Day thing for as long as possible. There is so much longterm potential with these three as a unit that I don't want to see them go separate ways. WWE has managed to get out of their way to this point and just let them be awesome, and I hope that continues for the foreseeable future.
