misleading title.
i googled and saw a link for a kmart in hawaii and 1 in idaho closing.
i have 2 kmarts near me...and they aint going no where

Kmart is the poor people's target and the better 5 finger discount products than the local Walmart. The high volume traffic from the local predators will keep the one in my area afloat. That or the constantly flooded bathroom toilets.

I have so many great memories of the local Kmart. Growing up in a rural setting, the Kmart was indeed the closest store to buy toys. I have gotten hundreds of toys there since I was a little boy. Then last year came and I only bought two items, a Poe Dameron and a DM Hogan. Haven't found anything yet this year. This same store is only a five minute drive from where I now live. I only check it because that. It's as if each year they give up a little more. They also stripped their video games down to next to nothing. I'll miss the memories, but the store is dead. Trying to remember the smile of the boy who had made good grades and walked out with a toy after report cards.

One of our kmarts is closing, which is wild because the target right down the street from it is also closing. There's only going to be a Walmart in that part of town now.
Anyways, I'm really excited to get 18 elite ultimate warriors in the liquidation sale.

The only of those that I have ever been to is the one in Citrus Heights, and its no big loss. I'll try to stop there during the liquidation sale to see if there's anything worth buying, but my best bet at this point is to catch one of the few remaining DM Hogans that are dwindling. The only other thing of interest would be some of the already clearanced Stackdown sets that will hopefully only cost change. All of the K Marts I have been to over the past 6 months have no Elites later than series 30, and no basics past the last Mason Ryan series.

My Kmart is a strange place. Once some guy with a foreign accent started annoying my dad and then referred to me as my father's 'girlfriend'. We quickly walked away, very disturbed. Another time some other strange guy tried to make unwanted conversation with me until my dad had to chase him away. This all occurred in the shoe section. ఠ_ఠ
But aside from that, the figure selection could be a lot worse. I got DM Sting from there, so it wasn't all bad. Kmart is still a weird place, though.

Good. I hope all Kmart's close. I don't want the people there to lose their jobs, but the stores are TERRIBLE, especially for wrestling figures. Kmart is the most expensive store to buy WWE figures at, they are MONTHS behind in terms of having the newest figures, and almost every Kmart I've ever been to is dirty and smells like a dirty diaper.
Kmarts are horrible and have been for YEARS.
