I liked everything that happened at the Wall, and seeing Rickon again was a nice surprise. I don't know what Jon's plan is now but I bet taking back Winterfell will find its way to #1 on his priority list.

Ok so I'm five episodes in. I can't avoid Tumblr no matter how hard I try so I'm about as versed a newb as you'll see. But damn if I don't freaking love Tyrion and Daenerys. Just from bits and pieces I had seen over the years I knew if I watched they'd be my favorites, but those two and Arya are making up for me having to wait till Joffrey bites it.
Dinklage's expressions are superb, and the face he gets when Lady Stark corners him in the tavern is bloody hilarious.
"Dammit Cerci."
Know that's what Tyrion was thinking at that moment.

Ok so I'm at the end of season two. People that need to die in no particular order:
Joffrey Theon Cercei Kingslayer Littlefinger Stannis King Greyjoy
Some happen, some don't, that I'm aware. But I can't stand any of them being honest.

The most I ever saw prior was Jamie pushing Bran out of the tower opening, that's as far as I've gotten. Now I'm nearing the Siege of King's Landing. Winterfell's been taken, there's turmoil in Qarth. It's fun to watch.

Ever since the early stages of Season one has there ever not been a Stark in danger? Like I swear as soon as something good happens to one of them an even worse thing happens to another. Poor Rickon, actually Im Team Ramsay all the way so I look forward to him getting the Theon treatment.

Thought the ending was ing phenomenal last night. One of my favorite moments of the series. When they get Khaleesi right, they absolutely nail it. Daario and Jorah are excellent together as well. I was really hyped by the Jon Snow and Sansa conversation and the Bastard Letter. Thought the moment between them at the start was great too, pretty emotionally driven. Little Finger is what he is. He's a device to move chess pieces around but I'll likely take a ton of satisfaction in watching him die. Speaking of which, what an abrupt waste of Osha. When Ramsay has to literally tell you why her death is meaningful in his dialogue because she's been off screen for so long, you've definitely wasted a moment imo. I can't stress enough how badly I want to see this High Sparrow stuff end. Let's say a particular fan theory is true, then I can live with it. In fact, I'd probably change my tune entirely. Given what HS described to Margaery last night though, I'm just feeling like this is plot filler. Big picture, which we can now see on the show versus just assume, Dany is coming with a massive army and Jon Snow is going to reunite the North. Oh, and an army of undead White Walkers are coming for all of them. Everything happening at KL is so petty. I hope we get to see the Mountain vs The Hound but still, none of it REALLY matters imo. Really enjoyed the episode on the whole. Sansa will seemingly be torn between needing the Vale and wanting to throat stab Little Finger. Should be entertaining.

Great episode. The ending was awesome, classic Dany as she used the fact that people constantly underestimate her to get one over her enemies. And you can definitely tell she's a Targaryen by how much she enjoyed doing that. I really like that they didn't use the obvious Drogon Ex Machina to get her out of there.
The Jon Snow and Sansa stuff was great, loved finally seeing a Stark reunion after all this time. In addition to that, we got the Pink Letter and Sansa pushing Jon to take Winterfell back. Can't wait to see where this goes from here. Bastardbowl confirmed!
In regards to the other Castle Black business, it was nice they didn't have Davos just forget about Stannis and Shireen with all the other craziness going on. Tormund eyeing Brienne was hilarious.
Can't wait to see Jaime free the Tyrells. Still hoping for the Hound vs the Mountain.
Littlefinger is still doing Littlefinger things. I'm really struggling to see how the Knights of the Vale are going to fit into the bigger picture of Jon vs Ramsay, but I'm intrigued to see how it all plays out.

No character has ever had their MVP status cemented more than Tywin. Seriously like two days after he dies and King's Landing completely goes to hell. Varys knew what was up when he heard the bells and bounced.

Brienne went straight gangster on Mel and Davos. To the point where they could have Deadpooled the episode by pausing the screen and dropping cartoon sunglasses and chain around her and I would have loved it even more. Tormund has grown on me immensely this season now that we get to see his locker room side. I also thought Brienne and Sansa watching them eat was hilarious. It's nice to get those moments and kind of add a human element to the show when it's generally all doom and gloom. I feel like Tyrion usually gets most of that stuff. I'll also say, since you brought it up, Khaleesi on Fire was a WAY better approach to that moment than had she used the dragons. She looked much stronger without them, which is the only way the Dothraki would kneel to her imo. She was incredible. Her facial expressions, the satisfaction of the moment, all of it. I absolutely loved Daario soaking in how truly overwhelmed he was by her in that moment.

I agree with everything you said about Dany burning the hut down. It was a great character moment, so much better than if Drogon or Jorah/Daario had just saved her.

i agree with the rest of you guys, the ending to the last episode was fantastic. a truly moving scene.
i feel that the theme of 'all men must die' is more of an overall message to the viewer than most have realized. with theon officially demoting his position to allow his sister to rule, and sansa becoming confident in her quest for winterfell, we now have two more strong female leaders in the show. jon snow already died so he'll get to kick around, but for the most part the prominent male members of the show are on the chopping block.

I feel like this is more of a gender-less prophecy. I mean Shireen, Robb's wife, Catlyn, etc. I think it's more about mankind than just humans with cocks.

Hopefully this season we get to see a battle at Winterfell that culminates in something meaningful (like Ramsay being killed) and don't have to wait till next season. There's 6 episodes left so I would think that's enough time and they won't just drag this on.

Two episodes from resurrection, and Jon Snow is back to being a little bitch. Great.
