That is about right Hart was build at 6'. Savage was build at 6'2" and DiBiase at 6'3". So they should all be around the same height. And IRS was also billed at 6'3" so he should be in that range also. Of course Hart and Savage look taller because of the poofy hair on Hart and the crown on Savage. Mattel scale has never been a perfect scale, but rather an "about" scale with their parts. Meaning there's ranges that many fit in. 5'6" and shorter 5'7"- 5'11" 6'- 6'3" 6'4"- 6'6" 6'7"- 6'10" 7'- and up Your scaling is pretty much how I look at it. Its pretty much humanly impossible to make a guy 6'1'' and 6'3'' different heights in figure form. However if a guy is suppose to be 6'2-6'3'' then he doesnt need to be the same height as guys billed at 6'7''

Not hard at all. Just heat the knee so it is soft. Pup one side of the thigh of the peg. Then the other or just take it off with the peg still in the other side. Then put the new knee in the thigh and push the pin back through. Just reheat the thigh if you are having trouble pushing the pin through. Also you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to push it through if needed. I like to use a small hex key to start it and pliers to pull it out the rest of the way. Also when I am putting the peg back in I get the peg started, line up the knee and use pliers to push the peg back in. I hold an old rag or t shirt on the bare part of the leg so I don't leave an imprint of the pliers on the figure leg.

Sometimes I feel I'm the only one just happy that Taker's fig isn't shorter than HHH's fig. I don't have IRS, but it wouldn't bother me that he's too tall. He's still gonna go down to the big boot and leg drop, brother!
