Picked up the HOF M$M for $10 today at Target and was disappointed to see how much shorter he is compared to IRS. In all photos of Money Inc. they seem the same height or DiBiase even being slighter taller. Both are listed at 6'3" so I was hoping they'd be the same height as figures.
So, does anyone have a quick solution to fixing this with parts from cheaper figures? I tried using Arn legs from the Horseman pack, but the Ted boots are just too wide for it to look right.

Well you can't put tall boots on a leg meant for medium boots

If you have a problem with that, you're going to HATE that new Enzo/Big Cass Battle Pack.

It is the IRS that is the issue. He is too tall. I've not done it yet, but I plan on swapping the IRS lower legs with an extra pair of the BaF black pants legs.

HOF million dollar man is just about my favorite figure ever. (Partly because mine has the eg suit and he's on the talking stand) The IRS figure isn't that great imo.

My only hang up is making them close to the size of Jimmy Hart as opposed to taller than him. But, this seems like a good compromise.

It's not in front of me now, but I think IRS uses the Big Johnny legs.

PJ and Chewdeezy are right. Its IRS that is too tall. Just swap the knees & lower legs from a BAF with IRS and it will take him to the proper height. Not a great pic but its the only one I have handy. I did the swap when the figure came out.

I respectfully disagree with those saying IRS is the issue. Granted, I do think IRS is a smidge too tall, but M$M is also too short, you can kinda see this when placing next to Legends Macho. Just not sure, what to do to fix that.

If you were thinking of swaping out by the upper thighs. BAF Cole pants don't line up with IRS pants and it was a helluva time for me to put back his leg when i found it. It's a flat wide peg. problem i find with swapping out at the knees is that the thighs are so long and he looks very dispropotionate.

I've got an IRS in the mail and I was going to swap out the legs too. :/

I posted a pic of him with the knees down swapped next to the M$M and I think it looks OK.

I've got an IRS in the mail and I was going to swap out the legs too. :/ swapping out a BAF Cole legs at the knees for IRS will work in a pinch for sure, but to me it looks weird, like the knee joint needs to be higher. Hence why they have long pants mold (Johnny L./Rock/Booker) and short pants mold (Cole/JR/Jimmy Hart/Bobby Heenan)- the knee-heights are propotionate to each. So I had the brilliant idea of swapping Cole legs from the upper thigh swivel joint - cept the sculpts don't line up, there's noticeable over-hang.
