I never understand why people feel the need to make threads about RSC on a forum that is run by RSC bitching and complaining about RSC....You could just contact customer service if you have a problem. The rest of us really dont give a if your boxes were beat up (or whatever the problem might be for threads like these)

Are you guys CRITICIZING RSC? In before the lock! I'm not necessarily criticizing RSC. I just feel that 1.) if they are selling damaged stuff out for a sale, give us a heads up first & 2.) Asking if anyone else has seen a decrease in shipping quality. I work for a big company and if we sent out damaged products to customers without their knowledge it would be unacceptable. However if we sold them as "as is" I'd be a bit more understanding. I'd hope someone at RSC would see this and know I'm a loyal customer who's spent thousands of dollars with them and mostly am very happy with my experiences but over the last few months I've been disappointed and mostly concerned

You say that people to stop bitching but from what it looks like you're doing the same thing.

No, when I have problems with orders I take it to customer service where things get handled appropriately. RSC on more then once occasion has made a mistake somewhere with my order and a simple email to customer service has fixed it right away. Bitching on their forums does nothing but make you look petty.

Most companies have a feedback site or email that you can provide them with feedback about products and experiences but RSC doesn't. Where do I provide my feedback outside of the forum?

They're much more likely to take your feedback/concerns seriously if you contact them through the appropriate lines then openly bashing them (whether you intentionally mean to or not) on their own personal forum. All that will do is get the thread locked and or deleted and your concerns ignored.

Exactly what will RSC do if he contacts them? Probably nothing. So all we have is bitching. Let us have that. Can we have nothing?

I get mine tomorrow - and I honestly don't care about packaging but I agree if the packages are damaged they should have mentioned it in the description of the sale.

Other than when I have ordered discounted damaged carded figures (Which most of the times the carding wasn't even something I would consider a damaged card) I have never had anything from RSC arrive damaged.

I decided to take the contacting customer service route and we'll see what happens.
I'm a bit concerned they won't let me return them because they're partially opened (they were sent to me like that) and the policy says returns have to be in box and unopened. We'll see
I also included my concerns as a customer and hopefully they reach out to me. I left my best contact email and phone number in my email also

I was gonna snag a Ambrose and possibly a basic Seth but I waited too long and it was down by the time I went to do it

I haven't been around all too long but sometimes it really is an honest mistake by them. And I say honest because the likely don't feel it's a mistake or any wrong doing. I could be all wrong, but don't be so cynical man

I don't do business with Ringside except for buying ringside exclusives. All my pre orders come from there too. And I love those plastic protective cases!! So I guess I use Ringside quite a bit. I have only had 1 problem with them so far.

Just got my son's order and his elite Umaga, Elite Neville, basic kidd aND booker t and the ptp and Bushwackers battle packs all came in perfect conditions. I absolutely loved this sale as It gave me an opportunity to pick up figures my four year old doesn't have. Keep up the good work Ringside!
