Did anyone else get a bunch of super damaged, partially opened, and poor conditioned boxes upon receiving your order?
I ordered a Road Dogg/BA Billy Gunn battle pack that had a shredded card and the bubble plastic was 2/3 the way ripped off the card
I got The Brahma Bull RS exclusive that looked like someone stepped on and kicked around
Then I also got the new B61 Natty that also had the plastic 2/3 ripped off the card and That also had a card that was shredded and looked like it was kicked around.
I'm not sure if it's USPS/UPS getting lazy or if these were included in the sale because of the damage. I don't think it's my USPS/UPS because packages from other resellers have been stellar. I feel it's more on RSC end because I also had a set of Elite 42's that came to me with a shipping box that had a huge square cut out of the side and was taped over with some paper that looked like a grocery bag. Inside that box of E42's half the set was crushed and some of the boxes were in pieces. Fortunately in that situation I was just giving them to my nephew to play with.
But my concern really is the decline in my satisfaction with the shipping and/or handling of the stuff I've been getting from RSC. But I was most curious if anyone else has noticed a decline in on card/packaging/shipping quality?
I'd really like to hear from anyone with similar experiences as of late
Before someone calls me out about this...I know you can pay extra to RSC to assure good quality cards and boxes, but I can live with a crease or something minor which has happened in the past. I'm speaking on the clear neglect I've seen from the last couple orders I've had delivered.

I'll find out soon. My order is out for delivery now. That sucks, though.

No, the sale was a joke. But if you bought a $2.99 figure, what did you expect?

They probably used the sale to get rid of the damaged packaged figures they can't get away with selling at regular prices

Was the shipping box damaged on this order or just the actual cards of the figures?

Plus this isn't the first time I've received products that literally look like they've been stepped on and kicked around a warehouse. I'm hoping it was just a one or two time situation because I'd really hate for the $400 in pre orders I paid for a few months back come to me in this type of condition

Was the shipping box damaged on this order or just the actual cards of the figures? The one for the WF appreciation the box wasn't really physically damaged or kicked in or anything However the E42 set I bought had a huge square cut out of the whole short side of the box so all 4 of those figures got really F'd up and the Neville box showed signs of water damage. I lived with it because my nephew just throws the boxes away

They probably used the sale to get rid of the damaged packaged figures they can't get away with selling at regular prices That could be seen as a kick in the pants to call it an appreciation sale and then sell damaged merchandise without disclosing it beforehand. I would hope that isn't what happened here.

If the shipping box wasn't damaged or resealed then I'd think it's safe to assume they sent them to you that way. Have you tried contacting them yet?

To be honest I only hit up their customer support when I absolutely have to.... Kind of like when they sent me a set of E41's when I had clearly pre ordered my personal set of E42's MONTHS BEFORE I had to pay for shipping (they never reimbursed me like they said they would) and it took like 3 additional weeks to get the right figures FYI I'd love to know if anyone else had that happen to them a few months back

I ordered 8 basics and 2 BPs. 2 basics came damaged badly. The rest are fine. Eva came completely off the card and Dean beat up badly. They clearly are sending out damaged packaging, but I got mostly lucky.

I guess they didn't want to have another super clearance like they did when they sold their exclusives for like 10$. I just got paid this week or I would have jumped on lots of those figs for the prices they were being offered at.

I ordered a mess of stuff(elites, battle packs, barricades, mats and a basic) and it all arrived undamaged. I think it might have to do with it all being newer stuff though, or I ordered so much stuff that they were able to create the ultimate form of figure boxes.
