I ordered E40 Rick Rude and 123 Kid and the bottom of the usps box was damaged as were both of the packages but the figures were mint. Now if you ever want something Mint On Card u can just email RSC and they will send it MOC. Ive had no bad experiences with them.

I ordered the New Day blue unicorn shirt and received it in awful shape. I assume they use iron-ons because thats what it looked like. The iron-on was super dark and mostly faded, also the design was not nearly as big as the picture showed, it was about 5x5 instead of covering most of the shirt front. I wont buy another shirt from them.

I ordered 5 figures from the sale, got them yesterday, they were all in perfect condition. I'm sure you could contact them and they might do something for you

Sometimes they're shipping can be hit-or-miss but I found most of the times they're pretty on point

Did anyone else get a bunch of super damaged, partially opened, and poor conditioned boxes upon receiving your order? I ordered a Road Dogg/BA Billy Gunn battle pack that had a shredded card and the bubble plastic was 2/3 the way ripped off the card I got The Brahma Bull RS exclusive that looked like someone stepped on and kicked around Then I also got the new B61 Natty that also had the plastic 2/3 ripped off the card and That also had a card that was shredded and looked like it was kicked around. I'm not sure if it's USPS/UPS getting lazy or if these were included in the sale because of the damage. I don't think it's my USPS/UPS because packages from other resellers have been stellar. I feel it's more on RSC end because I also had a set of Elite 42's that came to me with a shipping box that had a huge square cut out of the side and was taped over with some paper that looked like a grocery bag. Inside that box of E42's half the set was crushed and some of the boxes were in pieces. Fortunately in that situation I was just giving them to my nephew to play with. But my concern really is the decline in my satisfaction with the shipping and/or handling of the stuff I've been getting from RSC. But I was most curious if anyone else has noticed a decline in on card/packaging/shipping quality? I'd really like to hear from anyone with similar experiences as of late Before someone calls me out about this...I know you can pay extra to RSC to assure good quality cards and boxes, but I can live with a crease or something minor which has happened in the past. I'm speaking on the clear neglect I've seen from the last couple orders I've had delivered. Hello, I assure you, no one at Ringside has kicked around or intentionally ruined yours or anyone elses figure carding. When they pack them, they are packed as they receive them fresh from a case of figures. If they see any that have actual damaged card (other than the norm) they will be put aside and sold as damaged package items. There's no decline in Handling from Ringside staff packing... if anything they are more careful then ever. Please email Ringside CS as cs@ringsidecollectibles.net with your order number and pics of the damaged items and they will take care of it for you. Thanks JS!
