I dint watch the interview yet but that GM question was damned stupid...all you need to do is simply swap a short hair smiling Bryan onto a suited body and there you have it. Yep - Done ;-) ... Looks pretty darn good to me!

What the hell is he supposed to answer? I rather have lineup questions then ambushing him ... BILL DID U KNOW MY SAMOA JOE HAD A PAINT SMUDGE NEVER BUYING A FIGURE AGAIN UGH I agree that he shouldn't be ambushed with questions that come off disrespectful but he could be asked questions regarding some consumer concerns. A few years ago DC Collectibles had issues with figure breakage. They were asked about it in a respectful way during Q&As and addressed the issue, saying that they were experimenting with different plastics to improve durability. This year Pixel Dan on YouTube brought up to DC Collectibles that there have been some delays and asked about it respectfully. The rep said that it had to do with them trying out different factories overseas to find the optimal one that can deliver the best quality for the best cost. Now in terms of what I consider disrespectful was ShartimusPrime's interview with the Marvel Legends guys. He asked why female figures don't have double jointed elbows. They said that when the females have thinner arms having the double joints often ruins the aesthetic of the figure. Shartimus then proceeds to pull out a DC Icons figure and goes "Well this Harley Quinn has double jointed elbows and looks fine to me." Luckily he's friendly with the Marvel Legends guys because it was definitely an awkward moment to watch. I could see people being frustrated with fluff questions when Bill takes time out of his day to answer questions. I think there's ways to address concerns and still be respectful about it. For example, let's look at painted skin tones on singlet torsos. Bad way to ask "Why do so many figures have skin tones painted on their torsos? It looks horrible!" Good way to ask "Recently we've gotten a bunch of figures with skin tones painted on their torsos. What it the reasoning for this? Is it easier to produce the figure this way?" Where can I find a link to this? I enjoy watching cringe-worthy stuff like that for my entertainment!

His interviews can be a bit cringeworthy but I would say he is one of the better figure reviewers on youtube. He has good presentation skills, isn't overly critical (he nitpicks but does acknowledge that he's nitpicking), and fairly knowledgable about the properties he's talking about. Some other good reviewers: - Glenn Webb: His reviews are fun, and he does a lot of throwback stuff. I think he's a member here too. - Pixel Dan: In my opinion he's the best (even though he is a little creepy looking). He's got the presentation skills and he doesn't take action figures too seriously. He appreciates them for what they are and gives his opinion. - Anthonys Customs: The guy is super critical and nitpicky. He always finds the slightest thing to complain about and never seems to like anything he buys. He also frequently doesn't know a ton about the property he's discussing. For example, he'll complain about something looking a certain way even though that's how it's supposed to look. Given all the negatives about his reviews, the guy knows his stuff in terms of art and design. Even though it annoys me when he complains about the slightest deviation from realism in anatomy, it's cool to hear how he understands how stuff is supposed to look. He also does really awesome customs that he shows before shipping them off to the customer.

Yeah, I always liked Glenn's stuff, especially Demolition Jakks 3-Pack to Mattel comparison and Andre's nipple! I've yet to find the double-jointed elbow ordeal, other than a slight mention of it during open Q & A @ NY Toy Fair (recently I think), but then it gets into something else without any figure being pulled out or anything. So that must not have been the one. Oh well, not that big a deal!
