This. People seem to forget that toys aren't as important to other as they are to us. To Target, a wrestling figure is a wrestling figure. Hell, to pretty much all retail outlets, a toy is a toy. It comes down to is it a toy that sells...or does it not? One would think Target would have just an little interest in their inventory and stocking Mattel WWE stuff, seeing they pay Mattel to do exclusives to their store Most of my Targets are sitting on a case of elites, stuck in the backroom during the busiest time of the year because of the dpci number change.

I wanna come with you if you're going to be figuratively dropping $70 on BWW. Figuratively? WFigga, I do that literally. Get me some boneless with Mango Habanero, Honey BBQ, and usually a third from the Sauce Labs to mix it up. I like to enjoy the spoils of life, then talk down to myself being a piece of s*** to my body.

Use superglue or elastic bands around the waist. Theres no reason you couldnt tell that about the legs just by looking at it. U should expect it period as its the way most larger size wrestling figs are. This isnt worth a thread.

Mattel ships basics every month Elites every two months. They ship the product to each stores main distribution centers. Who then in turn devide the product and ship it to their own regional distribution centers. Who then ship it to the stores in in their region. That has nothing to do with Mattel once the retailers main distribution center gets their shipments. That is up to the retailers to ship the product to their stores. So either the stores aren't ordering the product from their D/C's or you are missing it because others are buying it before you get there. If that's the case then what happened to all of Targets Elite product? From E37 through E43? Just because your area Targets didn't receive them doesn't mean all Targets didn't. I know I got e37Seth/Stephanie, E39 Sting/Bulldog/Sid, e40 IRS, e42 Nasty Boys, e43(?) Hart Foundation all at local Target. And I saw and passed on (already had) plenty of the e41 at Target around SunmerSlam(?) Because I saw a friend pick up the Balor there the day before Finn was signing at the Brox TRU. And with WalMarts not every store gets the same product. I have a super WalMart that never would receive the DCUC line (including WM exclusive waves) I asked the dept manager why they never receive them and they said it was a corporate decision. The manager even would try ordering them with a UPC I had and the order wouldn't be accepted by their distribution center becssue it wasn't on their store's PolyGram.

I'm just going off of the findings here. More people than not didn't get much of anything at Targets post E36. Until this latest batch of E44 & E45 hit the shelves at the stores in a majority of this country were bare or remnants of E32-E36.

It comes down to is it a toy that sells...or does it not? One would think Target would have just an little interest in their inventory and stocking Mattel WWE stuff, seeing they pay Mattel to do exclusives to their store Their interest in their inventory stops at what is selling and what is not. That is absolutely the crux of the story, no ifs, ands, or buts. They (as a whole) have absolutely no idea what figures they're putting out. To them, the figures are wrestling figures. They don't care that Sid and Daniel Bryan warmed pegs while people were hunting for Finn Balor and Sami Zayn. The bottom line is that to Target, the WWE line faltered because "people stopped buying them". They never stopped to dig any further down to find out that the problem was the glut of pegwarmers that they kept restocking, whether it be Elites, Basics, Battle Packs, or the HOF figures. They just did not sell, so to Target, the WWE line was less attractive than other lines. That's why they stopped ordering and cut the space allocated for the product down in all their stores. Target is a "fast turnaround" company. Why do you think that when they put stuff on clearance, it seems like it's 30% for a week and then it jumps to 99% off a few days later? They don't want crap sitting around. Walmart and TRU are happy to let stuff gather dust for years, but Target will not do that.

So six of one, half a dozen of the other, right?

Exactly. Mattel ships to the stores disto centers. Its up to each idividual store to order. Mattel doesnt purposely hold out. They want to ship everything, to sell everything in order to make profit. Stop finding reason to point the finger So.........is Targets D/C's sitting on huge amounts of E37-E43? If not what happened to them if they get them every two months? That's a years worth of Elites that weren't in 75% of their stores. Target as whole was slow. May of been the company themselves, but mattel doesnt hoard their own product. dont blame mattel for target not ordering.

I'll never understand why you even bought the figure if you don't like it

It's so weird when I see people say that most of the figures they buy have horrible QC and they can buy like five figures and four of them have paint spots all over but I just got like 11 figures for Christmas and not one had an issue.

I rarely have any issues. I got 13 figures in the mail a few weeks back, and not one was bad.

I've been collecting since the very beginning of the Mattel line (well...waaaay before that, but I've been with Mattel since day one), I've bought hundreds of figures...and I can think of three issues I've had off the top of my head.
1) My elite WM32 Brock has floppy legs, but stands fine when posed. 2) My basic 25 Brock (ironic that two of the three problems are with Brock figures) has an extremely loose ankle. 3) My elite Lord Steven Regal has warped legs, but stands perfectly fine.
Now, there may have been other issues that I'm forgetting, but I've had nowhere near the amount of problems that some seem to have.
With as unlucky as some people are around here, I'd refuse to be on the same plane with some of them.

These QC complaint threads are really getting out of hand now. The qc issues or the threads complaining about them? Both but mostly the threads that clog up the Mattel Board

Because half of these threads are over exaggerations and nitpicking. Most are probably made up just to bitch.

I'll never understand why you even bought the figure if you don't like it I wanted the figure. Had I known the issues existed before buying,I obviously would have left him on the peg. Putting QC issues on a forum help spread awareness of what to look out for on certain figures. Most issues are minimal. But there have been a handful of figures from Mattel that had widespread issues like Elite Samoa Joe's loose hand and Elite Punks leg falling off.
