He was never proven innocent. They let him off because he was losing his memory and about to die anyway I never said he was. He may very well be guilty, but he was never proven guilty either. There's no right answer here, it's just conjecture since nobody who was actually there is alive. What I said was I'd rather have him be guilty and go free/have his legacy restored than have him innocent and just assume that he was a monster/legacy destroyed. I feel that way about crime and punishment as well. I understand people may not agree, but I would rather a man guilty of murder go free than an innocent man be put in jail for years and have his life and reputation ruined. Yes the murderer might kill again, and the victim didn't deserve to die, but the wrongfully imprisoned who did nothing wrong gets screwed over in the worst way possible, and even if he were later exonerated his name will always be linked to the crime. There's no right answer. There are people calling him scum and celebrating his death. I won't go that far because I don't know for sure. I don't see anyone in this thread celebrating anything...

Because I'm not a mark for a murderer. I've said it before about Benoit. I can watch his matches no problem, but I always think about Nancy and Daniel. Every time. I own figures of both Snuka and Benoit, and yeah a Mattel Benoit would be cool, but I'm perfectly content with never getting one of either man again. He was awesome in the ring, but he was a murderer, and no number of 5 star matches can change that

None needed...thanks though. Empathy doesn't need to be restricted to only people you know. I have learned over the years that by not giving a , makes life a whole lot easier. I dont really care about anyone I dont knows feelings, nor do I really care if they care about mine. That's the epitome of a shallow existence. Sad.
