Ive been watching more and more shows on the network and seeing how all these guys go about their daily lives and it looks horrible lol. Let me explain, you have Total Divas where you have cameras around you 24/7 and they all look miserable, everyone is so fake and vain nothing but photo shoots and drama. Dont get me wrong im sure theres more to it than this small paragraph but do you guys not think it all seems so self obsessed?

There's no way I could handle that life, it's just too damn grueling.

For a lot of the people on Total Divas, I'm pretty sure it's by choice. For example, John Cena and Nikki Bella could absolutely say no to having cameras around them 24/7 but they didn't, so I understand what you mean when you say it seems pretty self obsessed.
For everybody else though they all seem to be pretty happy. UUDD is nothing but smiles and I imagine the backstage area is MUCH improved from the days of Bradshaw/Benoit/Holly etc..

Locker room hazing, micromanagement and slim chance of success would turn off most aspiring pro wrestlers to the business, but it looks like NXT is the place to be right now. Apparently, there are a lot of nice ring rats down there in Orlando.

I don't know, man. The New Day seems to have it down to a science. Go to the gym, play video games, go entertain people, go play more video games, repeat.

Why? Pays well. You get to see the world. Can retire relatively young. And it sure beats working in a factory till you're lucky enough to die.

I wouldn't give a damn about cameras being around with that kind of paycheck coming in

well money aside, its about the passion you have for wrestling and if they love to wrestle they can put up with everything else (i.e. Daniel Bryan, if you watch total divas/bellas, goes through a depression after his retirement because he only loves to wrestle and doesn't see himself doing anything else) and other than that the biggest accomplishment a wrestler can achieve is performing at wrestlemania so why wouldn't they want to be in the wwe?

half a million a year is supposedly the average wwe salary. as well as a lot of drive and passion unquestionably.

Nah, they just don't say no because of that extra paycheck, extra exposure for outside of WWE, and because it's not even real.

Looks pretty fun. Bet it's ing depressing for some of the younger guys seeing the dudes they watched on tv as kids still getting put over them all the time though, and knowing you'll probably never be as big of a deal as them for that exact reason.

It doesnt really seem fun to be in WWE or a pro wrestler in general anymore. Only the top guys seem to have it good, The ones with the tour buses, private planes and have extra perks. The lower end guys and mid carders seems miserable. They have to rent cars, stay in hotels, pay for their own airplane traveling, pay for their own food just to get buried repeatedly with no direction. Then have to do it all over again the next day for live shows 365 days a year. I would get absolutely burnt out by that crap real quick

Lots of money, surrounded by hot women all day, passionate fan base, fame, being able to be an athlete into your 40s or 50s, travel and get to see the world. Anything else?

and You'd have a full time job with all the overtime you could handle trying to find someone who DOESN'T want to get paid to do what they love, make good money, see the world, and be adored by millions.
