That happens to certain figures when put into storage for while. Both my Elite 14 Booker T and Elite 22 Rock had that same stuff but all over their faces after a long period of storage in a plastic tub. It's nothing to worry about as it easily comes off with a damp cloth or toothbrush.

Yep, it is a chemical in the plastic mold that keeps its from melting the other plastic. This is occurring in new toys more often because they are using the cheapest stuff they can find. You can basically wipe it off.

That used to happen with alot of the DCUC Series 3 figures. Many collectors complained of a white powdery substance appearing on their Nightwing and Green Lantern figures. never happened to mine, but it had something to do with the plastic used on them so they said. Just wash them off.

Just wash them off. Exactly - had that happen on a number of my DCUC and WWE figures - it just wipes off, no harm no foul. Seems to be a plastic Mattel uses, as I have never come across that on my Star Wars figures from Hasbro.

I'd blame Phil Brooks on that.

My Nikki Bella figure has that happen to it as well, but I didn't think too much about it. Glad to hear it is nothing to really worry about.

If i dont seal them up in a plastic container then they should be ok?

Weird. I store mine is freezer zip lock bags, in black storage bins, and in my closet. I haven't seen anything like that with my collecton yet.

Nikki got old quick... but that's interesting, I've never had anything like that happen to my figs and touching wood it doesn't happen in future.
