I've had that with a few DC Universe classics figures before but it wiped off fairly easy and never came back. I think there was a film present on the toys like people are describing from the molds and it turned that color. It is just a coating on the surface of the toy.

This thread is crazy. i never encountered or knew about this. initially thought the first pic is photoshopped. this is so strange it even happens to moc figs.

Oh wow. Thats not good. How do i prevent my moc figures from getting like that? If i dont seal them up in a plastic container then they should be ok? I have some on the wall & some in storage tubs, both get like that I don't know if this works, but I've heard that you can put them out in the sun for a bit and it helps to clear it up. Some Star Wars collectors do this for older MOC figures that have something similar happen to them. If you try it, maybe you can put some towels or a covering over most of the packaging and just leave the figure exposed to sunlight. That way you won't have to worry about fading your packaging.

I actually genuinely thought they made Nikki with grey hair on purpose as I have around 5 of this battle pack all unopened. All with grey hair.
