I'm not gonna lie.
I HATED Raw tonight with the exception of Seth, Roman/Joe and Braun.
I've been enjoying Raw on a weekly basis since the shake up. But tonight was just bad. Even Miz was bad tonight because he came off WAY too sympathetic.
Maybe I'm burnt out on wrestling or something because I haven't enjoyed Smackdown since Mania, The PPVs haven't been as good as they were in 2016 or before Mania, and tonight Raw has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I think it's time for a break. I'm even struggling to enjoy Lucha Underground lately. Live shows are seemingly the only ones I can enjoy lately.

I thought RAW was pretty good tonight, but who the hell thought it was a better idea to put Joe/Reigns in the middle and end with the Enzo/Cass saga? Roman & Joe put on a hell of a PPV-style match AND we had the comeback pop for Braun. That would have been the perfect way to end RAW with that Braun mic drop. And why didn't Strowman do more damage than a simple stupid face plant? I do have to disagree with Jonathan Karate on the Miz, I thought his whole attitude was phenomenal towards the end. I could be wrong but I distinctly heard the crowd woooo-ing. We have the makings of a 4-horsemen reincarnation here, the pedigree is there already.

WWE has managed to unite this board for the first time in years. I guess it's something.

Tonight's raw was ok. I'm not a fan of splitting Enzo and Cass Up. I just think that they work better together. Should be interesting to see what happens.

Ive thought about it and realized that I overlooked him pulling Maryse in front of him. Had that not happened I would still feel as though he came off too sympathetic. But he did so "Screw the Miz! He's a bad guy GRRRR!" Lol

MAYBE WWE plans on moving American Alpha to RAW now? Because RAW has no face teams left. Besides Rhyno & Slater which doesn't say much. Plus people have wanted to see Angle work with AA. That could explain why the Ascension were revealed to be the ones who destroyed the Fashion Police Station after being previously ruled out. People were hoping for an AA heel turn but maybe that was changed over the weekend? Just a thought, most likely wrong. IF WWE moves American Alpha to Raw, then have Gallows and Anderson go to Smackdown and feud with the Fashion Police.

I'm still annoyed that the crappy Vaudevillains were given the NXT titles, in Brooklyn - when that should've been Enzo and Cass' hometown celebration. This split should make Enzo a mega babyface. He is where the money is. His name is the one the crowds sing/chant. Enzo just oozes personality and is eminently watchable... whereas Cass is just so bland and a charisma vacuum to boot. That Cass promo was amazing. It really wasn't. Big Dimes Cass dropping the dead weight known as Enzo was the greatest moment in their career. Enzo is the embodiment of cringe.

Raw creative team on crack confirmed Over the last 24 hours I'm convinced that both brand creative teams are on crack.

So the Enzo and Cass split played out like HBK and Triple H in 2002, from the HBK/Enzo attack backstage to the security footage reveal. Just Triple H didn't fake attack himself.

They split Cass and Enzo so that Cass can one day become Reigns 2.0, which will be basically Cena 3.0. How is that good?
I don't get all the Enzo hating. He's fun and entertaining, which is more than I can saw for most of the WWE these days.
So now Raw has 2 face tag teams - Hardys, Heath/Rhyno - and 5 heel tag teams - Cesaro/Sheamus, Revival, Gallows/Anderson, Titus/Apollo, and Bo/Curt? How does that work? We're gonna get heel vs heel matches like the Titus Brand vs Sheasaro so fans can sit on their hands?
This show is a bit of a mess.

Break up one of the most over teams on the roster with no long term goal sounds like a great idea...
This sh*t sucks.

Wow. Cass needs Enzo. He is so shaky on the mic. He doesnt even sound like he believes himself. I didnt know they stacked crap 7 feet tall...
You break up stale old teams where someone might need time off or whatever or where its just thrown together Like Sheamus/Cesaro. Enzo and Cass were booked to be a tag team and like brothers. This is all dumb. Dumb dumb dumb. I wouldve split The Hardyz to do Broken crap like everyone is crying for.
Way too soon. But hey, WWE screwed the pooch by not ever giving them titles even on a fluke. Cass is so bland. Does Nash have a term for him? Vanilla Giant?

Skipped Raw after being sick of it from the past few weeks. Just read a recap and glad I did.
- Strowman returning was so predictable as soon as they said Reigns had an announcement.
- Cass being the one to attack Enzo was the worst kept secret in years.
- How are we suppose to view Joe as a threat to Brock when he needs distractions to beat Reigns and Rollins?
- Ambrose continues to be booked like an idiot. After that backstage segment how could anyone not think that Dallas and Axel were in the bear costumes?
- Sampson is now working with Balor? After that green idiot went over Dean, they're gonna book him against Balor? Only this company could manage to have nothing better to do with Balor. He has the potential to be the most over guy in the company yet is booked against Sampson.

I'm still mad like why creative team broke them up? They're worse on Raw than they are on SD live.

I think splitting up Enzo and Cass was a mistake. They balance eachother out. Neither one seems good enough to be on their own.

I think splitting up Enzo and Cass was a mistake. They balance eachother out. Neither one seems good enough to be on their own. This. If Vince was so hell bent on giving Cass a singles run why not just have him stay face and start working more singles matches but still buddies with Enzo? Like the three Shield guys did for each other, Enzo and Cass covered each others weaknesses and breaking them up at this point exposes them, especially Cass. We've also already got Bruan with the "dominant monster" gimmick, so what are they going to do with Cass? He'll come off as a lesser Braun if they go that route. It still boggles my mind that hey were never given a tag title run in NXT or on Raw.

While a good portion of the show was run-of-the-mill, or just plain bad, everything surrounding Lesnar/Joe/Reigns/Strowman is so well done that it elevates Raw as a whole, well beyond the floundering Smackdown. Those feuds have "main event" written all over them.

I love Sheamus & Cesaro as a team but one of the biggest problems in WWE at the moment is lack of good upper mid card heels. A Cesaro vs Balor feud would be fantastic. Sheamus vs Rollins could be good. Or vise-a-versa. But with them teaming, we get guys like Sampson feuding with talent like Balor way too soon.
