Id love to see hogan back!!! Did anyone else notice hulk cut his hair, i think thats the real story here. He hasn't had long hair in years, almost a decade. He just didn't have his hair extensions on.

there's no way of being sure of that. that's like suggesting that if there was no steve austin then wcw would have won the monday night wars. I think we can all say that, had Austin never happened, WWF would have sold to Turner and WCW would be here today. Sure Turner wanted to move away from wrestling, but thats because he no longer wanted the #2 company. I remember being at a WCW show here in 99 and Hogan showed up unannounced and the roof blew off. Then an older gentle men said this crowd was nothing, hell it was 10 times as loud with Hogan in the 80's. The proof is innthe footage, sales, and his runs. Hogan is the founder of Soorts Entertainment, and is the face of WWE. Yes, Cena owns that spot now, but Hogan is still a house hold name to this day. I would bet my bottom dollar had Hogan not followed Sheik, the WWF would have gone with Andre-Macho Man, and I don't see Andre selling to Macho Man jumping off ropes at him. there's no doubting that hogan was a success - however there's no confirmation that wrestling wouldn't found a way to appeal to the masses outside of him. wrestling preexisted hogan, as did the wwf, and it would have existed beyond him - and i believe that the concept of taking wrestling to a national and international level with cable television wasn't a case of who, but who first.

Probaly would have went with Steamboat but yeah wwe wouldnt be anywhere as big Hahahah Rethink that. If there was no Hogan, WWF would not have been the titan it became. Macho Man and Warrior may have kept it a float. I said it wouldn't have been as big but at that time Steamboat was the 2nd or 3rd (Snuka) biggest baby face in wwf. Maybe Macho could have carried it better than Steamboat but Warrior didnt last a year before they were regretting giving him the belt. They had to go back to Hogan headlining due to Warrior being a crapty draw

Hogan would drop a weird line here and there, but most of his promo work was solid!

Im black. I think the WWE was wrong for what they did. Firing is one thing, trying to erase his legacy is another. Was he wrong for what he said? ABSOLUTELY!! It wasn't a surprise to me tho. But the fact remains he was unknowingly taped in the privacy of his own home. So to destroy his legacy for that is absurd. More than likely Daniel Bryan will leave the company or something and Hogan will be brought in as the new GM. It's best for business

It's just now they could make money of Warrior did they make a b.s. award in his honor and spouted what a great guy he was

Whatever happened to using these old wrestlers as managers? Hogan can use the mic, he could be the next bobby the brain Heenan . Hogan could really elevate some mid cards status and entertain like he always has at the same time

What do you mean "Said what needed to be said"? He should come back as Mr. America until the fans forget You realize his back is so shot and he's had his hip replaced so there's no chance he could drop a leg much or move in the ring right? All he could do was throw punches. So no, he probably shouldn't come back as Mr. America.

-- I like the idea of HH replacing DB, as GM of SDLive.
However, considering the E not only avoided him during a time he probably needed some support, but also trying to erase his legacy.. I wouldn't blame Hogan one bit, if he opted to never return to WWE. With that $100m+ he won last year, it's not like he's hard up for cash, to have to go back anyways.
Hell, make a surprise appearance at an ROH event, let him say what he needs to get off of his chest publicly, put over the promotion as a sign of a middle-finger to Vince McMahon and retire on his own terms. I'd probably have a ton of more respect for him, if he were to do such a thing.

Theres new reports that wwe are ready to take hogan back but hogans not sure he wants to At least sign the legends.deal hulkster I wouldn't blame him. I would feel disrespected by WWE with the way they cut him loose without even waiting to see all the facts. Could have suspended him pending further investigation. But they straight up fired him, and erased him from history. That was a pretty big kneejerk reaction when not all of the information had come to light yet. Hogan would have every right to never comeback. Maybe he doesn't want WWE making money off him after the way they tossed him away like trash 2 years ago. As a fan, I hope they can resolve this, but as a man, I understand if Hogan is just too hurt by the way he was treated.

It's totally understandle why wwe did what they had to do imo. Why would such a company want to involve itself in such drama? I think what they did was best which was removing Hogan and keeping him quiet, then maybe negotiate when the time is right. People have to also remember that there were protests and many events occurring during that time as well.

I still think he will come back, but not in time for 2k18... DAMN! I think he would've signed the Legends deal if he was just holding out because he's out of shape. I think he's feeling a little burned... and right or wrong I don't think the Bill Maher thing helped.
