I am going to call shens on this. New Orleans isn't a big tourist city. Other than Mardi Gras, the city of New Orleans doesn't see much tourism. The same can be said for Santa Clara, California. What really sways a city's favor to hose a WrestleMania is if the city can give the WWE an offer they can't refuse. It is why WrestleMania XXXIV is taking place in New Orleans. Additionally, when XXX was held at said city, the talent loved it because everything in NO is centrally located. So yeah, a city doesn't have to be a tourist city to hose a WrestleMania, let alone a Super Bowl. Did you just say NOLA isn't s big tourist city? It's always a top 10 destination by tourists visits per year. Their entire economy is tourism. I was referring to year-round tourism. The city of New Orleans main tourism grab is the Mardi Gras. Outside of that, they don't get the steady stream of tourists like what New York, Las Vegas, and even Orlando gets year-round.

I can assure you, this isn't true. Mardi Gras attracts around a million tourists a year. NOLA does 10 mil a year total in tourist visitors. They have one of the worlds largest convention centers and are huge in the business convention space.

Kind of off topic, but does it bother anybody else that the number or Roman numeral 34 is not shown when they advertise wrestlemania? Because in Vince's out of touch mind he thinks by counting the wrestlemania makes them feel old. Nah, the only Mania logo that bothered me was 31 because I never understood the significance of the play button. Its a play (no pun intended) on the tech companies in Silicon Valley.

I think WWE has passed on Indy because it's not a big touristy city. I am going to call shens on this. New Orleans isn't a big tourist city. Other than Mardi Gras, the city of New Orleans doesn't see much tourism. The same can be said for Santa Clara, California. Additionally, when XXX was held at said city, the talent loved it because everything in NO is centrally located. So yeah, a city doesn't have to be a tourist city to hose a WrestleMania, let alone a Super Bowl. Actually New Orleans has high tourism. I expect Mania to be there every 5 years or so because as you said everything in New Orleans is within walking distance. The night life is excellent (which is a positive for fans and the boys).

They havn't used Roman numerals since 30. I know and I hate the apparent reasoning! First we had Wrestlemania play button, then star, this year it was sunshine and now it's Mania Fleur-de-lis, who needs numbers when you got logos!

San Diego deserves one in Petco downtown in the Gaslamp. If we learned anything from the All Star game in 2016, is that it would look fabulous

The city of New Orleans doesn't get the level of tourists Orlando, New York City, and Las Vegas gets annually. As of 2016: New Orleans - 10.45 Million Las Vegas - 42.93 Million Orlando - 68 Million New York City - 60.3 Million Statistics doesn't lie.

Gotta remember PF & G'burg are all on 1 road pretty much so everyone is literally "right there" haha There's no place up there big enough for it. They would have to do it in Knoxville. NXT would be at Knoxville Civic Coliseum (7k) on Friday, Hall of Fame at Thompson Boling Arena (25k) on Saturday, Mania at Neyland (102k) and then back to TBA for Raw the next night (25k)

I would love for that to happen! No way it would though. Maybe if Kane wins the election he can push for it!

Philly for 35 and Tennessee for 36. One that hasn't had it in nearly 20 years and the other who has never had it. It'd be a lot better than the same cities over and over.

Latest rumor: Philly is a lock. Reasoning I'm hearing is because NY has SSlam next year which makes total sense.
Take this with a grain of salt guys. Nonetheless hope is alive!!
