Do you think he'll be wrestling at Mania? If he is, it'd be the perfect place to return. He's been engaged with Shane McMahon, AJ Styles, Kevin Owens, and Sami Zayn for months, and they could easily work up a story and match if he is going to. Thoughts?

No, he's not. IDK why there is so much confusion. Triple H said he wasn't cleared. Plus he has an Axxess session on the morning of Mania and they typically don't schedule people who will be performing at Mania to have meet and greet sessions earlier in the day.

He won't be wrestling at Mania, we'll find out in november if he'll wrestle again or not.

Hopefully not. I don’t need to see him risk further injuring himself just because he doesn’t know when his ring career is over.

If he’s smart he won’t. The problem with him and so maybe by other sports guys are they have a hard time hanging it up because that’s all they know. If WWE is willing to resign him to tour the world and save s his key, he’s dumb for not doing it

I'd rather he not having a kid and all.
However if he's going to then hopefully it's for WWE.

7 more months of his contact left... If you really think that his wife will allow him to leave a WWE lifestyle to go wrestle in the indys for a few hundred bucks in front of a few hundred fans then you are delusional. Bryan has to think of his wife, his child, the show Total Bellas and Total Divas, and the big money contract he is making still with WWE. I can't see him jeopardizing all that to go wrestle in front of a few hundred smart mark indy fans to get a "this is awesome" chant.

Really don’t think you understand the mindset of certain types of independent wrestlers. That said, I don’t see Bryan wrestling ever again.

I just know that his contract expiration is a hot topic in the wrestling world so I mentioned that it expires in 7 months and that will settle the discussion of the possibility of him wrestling or not. I was never a huge Bryan mark, although his underdog story was great.

Cody has shown the way for how a WWE guy who can work can make his own schedule and still make EXCELLENT money. And lets face it, DB was FAR more over than Cody was.

Cody Rhodes has said that he's making now now then he did in the WWE. And I think any indy show would draw pretty big crowds in his name alone. Plus he's mentioned New Japan and CMLL, they've always got pretty big crowds.

He'll at most deliver a running knee on the outside of tne ring to someone. Can't see him having a match, it's like the CM Punk rumours that always float around, it's just unrealistic.

He won't but if he did leave, Daniel Bryan certainly won't be wrestling in front of a couple of hundred people in run down social clubs, he'd get snapped up by ROH or NJPW and be wrestling at the Tokyo Dome, Korakuen Hall and places like that.

Apparently, it was noted in one of the dirtsheets that Daniel Bryan has made a significant amount of money and at this stage can 'afford' not to resign with the WWE. I.e. go to the indies and try to rejuvenate his in ring career. A part of me wants this to happen, WWE needs competition to improve its product and give fans more value for money. WWE thrives and delivers a better product when under pressure.
