Road Dogg is an idiot.
Let’s conveniently forget that Becky has been ignored and thrown aside by the bookers for the better part of two years so they could focus on inferior performers like Naomi, Carmella, and yes, even Charlotte.
Let’s ignore that they booked her to go on a winning streak for the past two months and just now only getting booked for a title match while Charlotte was booked to lose TWICE to Carmella, then was taken off TV for two months because she blew up her chest, and won one match since her return to get a title shot.
Let’s ignore that Charlotte was booked as a heel not to long ago and made life hell for Becky.
Let’s ignore all of that and yes, Road Dogg is correct that they had the exact same mountain to climb.

Instead of being angry at Charlotte, who has really not done anything wrong - apart from prove she's better, Becky should actually be angry at Paige for even giving Charlotte the opportunity, to start with. Also, why are people acting like Charlotte isn't over, and doesn't get cheered in the 99% of places they go to? Like someone said, Brooklyn is smarkville - that decision was never going to fly there, obviously. Anyway, the whole angle is lazy, because they're basically rehasing what they did with Banks and Bayley - only it involves the title this time.

Road Dogg needs to be as far away from making any company decisions as possible. Every single time I've seen him make a comment, it's been incredibly stupid. Whether he's defending dumb writing decisions, or justifying the disuse of pyro with moronic reasoning, he just comes across as someone who really does not get how to make a wrestling product. Especially if he was indeed responsible for the text and emojis on-screen during promos and entrances we had a while ago. He might be good on the microphone, but not at making a wrestling product. SmackDown Live has fallen off a cliff since he was rumoured to have been promoted to head writer.
