Mattel is legitimately going full Jakks (since the “R” word is offensive). Short bangs, on the third release of the same figure no less... really? I love you... I guess.

I bet they were thinking by shortening his bangs it would be easier to put on and remove his mask but I'd rather have a sculpt with his hair covering his face than another masked figure of him.

For those that dont like this hair, think you can swap it with the god awful drew hair or hitman hair covering the face?

Yeah, I think if they would’ve just made the bangs longer, like the drew figure, this figure would’ve been absolutely perfection,
Apart from the soft goods coat but at least it’s something different from the past for those who wanted it.

It's not unreasonable to not like something and to say it sucks when you're part of the older audience the line is aimed at.

These are toys made for kids. Inaccuracies are going to happen.

These are toys made for kids. Inaccuracies are going to happen. The Legends line isn't aimed at kids. It's aimed at older collectors, they're not targeting 8 year old kids with figures of ing Bobby Heenan, Razor Ramon, Greg Valentine, Paul Orndorff, Jake Roberts, Ted DiBiase, Nikolai Volkoff, etc. People keep dragging that "they're made for kids" bullsh*t out as a defense and it's almost always in defense of a figure aimed at older collectors being botched.

They're not online only because that's not part of Mattel's business model and they're not nedt to the NECA toys because the WWE stuff is always together on the planogram. The $30 UE figures that are also aimed at collector's are in the kid's section with the rest of the WWE stuff too. Doesn't mean it's not a collector focused line. Star Wars: The Black Series is a collector focused line, it's in the kid's section.

Next time he sees a bright and colourful warrior or rick rude on a shelf in a shop I’ll tell him he needs the plain black deco shinsuke or plain attired drew because they’re current figures aimed at him even though they’re far less appealing to him Also so I’m clear on the rules I presume he should t be playing any games with Mario in since that’s an old character aimed at adults now who were kids in 80s?

Next time he sees a bright and colourful warrior or rick rude on a shelf in a shop I’ll tell him he needs the plain black deco shinsuke or plain attired drew because they’re current figures aimed at him even though they’re far less appealing to him I never said kids shouldn't have them, I never said you couldn't buy them for your kids. I said that the target audience for figures like the legends are the older collectors...which is true. Paul Orndorff based on WrestleMania 1 isn't a figure that's designed to get kids to buy them, it's designed to get older fans to spend money. This isn't hard to figure out. Also so I’m clear on the rules I presume he should t be playing any games with Mario in since that’s an old character aimed at adults now who were kids in 80s? ...this is maybe the most idiotic thing I've ever seen you post and that's covering a LOT of ground. Mario (Nintendo in general, really) is, much like Disney, targeted at both the parents AND their children. It's not the same ing thing, and you're trying to run with something that I never said because you like to make really stupid, obtuse arguments. Actually try reading and comprehending my post before responding with insane logic like this.
