flair is one of the prime reasons a lot of older people watched wrestling. he was one of the greatest heel characters to exist, carried the belt of many companies during stressful times, and payed off. flair is a legend, and it doesn't really matter what people have to say. how does the younger generation know about flairs stints in nwa- 90s wwf dvds, vhs i own 50 hours of flairs career on dvd not to mention the wwe dvd of his legacy i don't see nor understand what point you made. please rephrase

He's extremely stale at the moment. Don't give him a title run, but let him go out on a high.

Ric Flair is one of the greatest performers ever. He is definantely a top 5 mic worker. Sure his attitude may have not been the best back in the day but that has all changed now.
And to say his ego is as big as Hogan's is a joke. How many people has Ric Flair put over in the past 5 years, now name one that Hogan has put over.
He shouldn't have another title run but giving him a notable run to end his career he should definantely have.

Ric Flair represents the spirit of wrestling. He can still wrestle, he puts younger talent over constantly, he's golden on the mic, and he's like the elder of the business that people look up to. The bottom line is that wrestling is scripted, we've had wrestling clowns and golden homosexuals, so an old man beating a younger guy isn't that far fetched.

That is a very dumb argument. Flair is a full time worker, Hogan comes in around Wrestlemania and stays for two months and defeats one of the heel wrestlers and leaves.

Huh, that is exactly my argument. Flair has a love for the business and I'm absolutely sure that if he wanted to be like Hogan and protect his name he good, however more often than not he does what's right for the business and puts over younger talent. Hogan doesn't. He only comes in to get his paycheck, he'll trash the WWE & McMahon but when Hogan needs a paycheck who's the first person he comes to. And every single time he makes sure he protects his character and wins.

How is that Hogans fault compared to Vince's? Why is this a Flair vs Hogan argument now, that wasn't the point I was making at all, or at least I didn't intend to.
You still can't argue that Hogan doesn't or didn't love the buisness. He has family, and has aged, obviously he stepped away, something which Flair should have done long ago.
