It seem that, 2 weeks ago, Undertaker unvieled a new "finisher"- the triangle choke. Now, WWE.com is pushing it as if it is his new finisher. Do you like this?
I say NO! Its an arkward choke, and it isn't very cool. He can use it, but stick with the chokeslam and tombstone.

Umm..it's far from new. He's always used it on big guys, especially Big Show.
I've always loved the move and said it would be my finisher if I ever became a wrestler. That and a Tornado DDT.

It's simple but it really adds a lot to Undertaker. So use it, but no it can never replace the tombstone or the last ride.

Doesnt seem like an "effective" finisher. Stick with the tombstone and chokeslam as finishers

Use it, but not as a finisher.

I think he'll have Batista locked in the triangle choke tonight, Batista will overpower and lift him and win with the Batista Bomb. As much as I want 'Taker to win, this is how I see it happening.

Is there a video or something of this move anywhere? I've never seen it.

It was his main finisher during his ABA days for a while.

he used it in his match against Angle at NWO I think. I don't remember if it was that match or not, but I seem to remember a situation where he had the triangle choke locked in, got pinned, and there was a tie. Anyway, it's a decent move, but the only problem with it is that it's a choke, which means, by definition, he can only use it in no-DQ matches like tonight. It's like Jillian Hall's Booby Trap...it looks nice, and it'll cut off your breathing, but it's essentially impractical.

It's a good move, but not such a great finisher. So "use it, but not as a finisher."

Actually it was Angle who had the Triangle Choke locked on, and Angle's shoulders that touched the mat for the 3-count. That match wasn't an No Way Out or any PPV for that matter. It was an Undisputed Title match between Taker & Kurt shortly before Vengeance 2002. I remember this because it was during my favorite title reign ever. I do remember Taker using the move at No Way Out 2003 though to put away Show.

It was used on Taker by Angle on Smackdown before Vengeance a few years ago and then in the ppv again where Taker powerbombed Angle out of the hold. It was then used by Taker on Big Show at No Way Out a few years ago and then against Angle at No Way Out 2006 where he got pinned. Last time it was used was against Khali where it was the only illegal move used in a No Holds Barred match. Its not an official finisher for Taker just something to be used rarely when the occasion calls for it. I remember reading somewhere that the finish occured in UFC (the double pin/tap out) sometime and someone in wwe saw it and decided to use it. Dont know how true that is.

Yes, use it. It's a legit chokehold that is very believable.
