Guys, Mayweather is playing a CHARACTER on WWE television. Wrestling is fake, guys. It's all scripted.
So why is there so many posts saying "Mayweather is too cocky, Show needs to kick his ass".
I thought we all knew this.

All boxers and fighters are cocky, it just comes natural. It's not like he actually thinks he could beat the Big Show. |

I was at Raw last nite and I've never seen a crowd so racially split. I was up in the nose bleeds b/c I didnt want to spend to much on a RAW and plus Im going to Wrestlemania anyway. Well anyway my point. I was sitting around alot of black people OMG they were into Mayweather. As soon as his crapting rap music hit they weere bopping and dancing to it and cheering him. And everytime he got booed b/c his boxing ass does not belong in a WWE ring especially for 20 million dollars so he can beat the Big Sow..every black person was calling the people that booed Mayweather a racist. Who would have thought that this match would be soo racially divided. I think most people are hating Mayweather b/c Hes a boxer getting paid wayyyyyyyyyy too much money for one appearance and and they all know hes gonna win...which takes any credibility the big show has.

WE hate Floyd Mayweather because we are WRESTLING FANS. Fans of a sport with great heritage, amazing history and men who for the most part, full of wrestlers who have pride and dedication to their craft.
Floyd Mayweather is USING wrestling for his own gain, and for a quick $20 million dollars. He is NOT a wrestler, he never wanted to be a wrestler, he has no DESIRE to be a wrestler....THAT's WHY HE IS A BOXER.
There are too many wrestlers in the WWE who DON'T get in the main event that don't make enough money, and like Bret Hart said, a lot of these guys retire old, broken down and without health insurance.
If Vince McMahon wanted a cocky, stereotypical thug to take on Big Show, he should have promoted somebody from within his own company, rather than bringing in somebody new.
I can think of a lot of wrestlers who deserve a cut of that $20 million dollars other than some ALREADY rich spoiled thug boxer.

Im a Mayweather fan, but have to admit him in WWE so far (except the debut) has been a let down, they souldnt give him a script and let him be his cocky self.

I HATE the closed minded-ness about this. Big wow a lot of you guys are like "OMGZ A BOXER DOESN'T BELONG IN WRESTLING!"
But this is about increasing MEDIA INTEREST in the WWE. Increased MEDIA INTEREST= Increased public interest eventually and, increased ratings.
I think this is a good move for the WWE. Albeit an unpopular one. I agree he is a cocky SOB, which is part of the reason he is so hated, along with that $20 million payoff. But I like the move. WWE obviously had an angle like this planned out for a while for Wrestlemania, and thought "Hey, he's undefeated, he's possibly the best in the world right now, who better?"

Because him, his crew, and this angle sucks. one this angle or gimmick does not suck . have you ever heard on ALI vs monsoon,Ali VS Andre,Ali vs inoki , or mike Tyson vs Austin. everytime this angle/gimmick has been done it was success. so it does not suck . you just don't understand how the wrestling business works. |

I actually like the angle but I'm 100% against WWE paying him $20 million. Maybe 2 million. What does that guy need with 20mil anyway? He can easily count $1 million that he doesn't spend in his own draw in his bedroom.
I just hope their is a "Waste of money" chant at Wrestlemania
