Who, in your opinion, are the best live bands?
My cousin went to a GWAR concert around Halloween 06, and said it was awesome. It looks like the crowd has a crapload of fun. Killswitch is pretty good live too.

Pearl Jam.
They don't need giant screens with videos. They don't need stages shaped like a heart or a giant lemon to come out of. They just rock.

Dresden Dolls are probably the best I've seen live.
Ozzy, The Blood Brothers, and Wednesday 13 are great too.

Rise Against - These guys play their asses off for the entire set and sound amazing live. Pure energy and heart. Green Day - If you want to go to a big time theatrical rock show catch Green Day, they play tunes from all of their albums and put on one hell of a show. Beat Union - This band is just now starting to tour over here and they go out like they have something to prove. Great banter on stage and the bass player jumps around the stage like a ing loon, and these cats are cool as hell and don't mind chatting with the fans after the set. Silvertide - If you dig classic rock sounding bands check these guys out, and expect Walt (the lead singer) to go completely ape crap and put on one hell of a show.

Pearl Jam, amazing ing show. I've seen them twice and it still isn't enough. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, quite possibly THE best live band still going. March 28 will be my second show and this time it's in the front on the floor. Gallows, really not good unless you really love this band. My friend saw them and was really confused. My brother and I saw them and lost our voices for about 2 hours. Arcade Fire, very entertaining, I see them being the future E Street Band. Great live show, I'd love to see them again. MuteMath, unpredictable end to their show. Usually ends with stage destruction, very fun. Electric Six, if you just know "Gay Bar" and "Danger! High Voltage", you probably won't have as much fun as someone who knows all their songs, like me. Really, really, really fun, Dick Valentine will be so drunk that his ramblings are probably the best in music. Queens of the Stone Age, only concert I think I may have been dry raped at but didn't have a problem. So ing fun. Of course when you leave with a set list and guitar pick, awesome. I really can't decide the best, those are all really great shows.

^^^ I want to see all of those bands, mostly Gallows.
They are playing in Chicago tonight and Rise Against is opening for them. I would kill to see that show.

Fantomas were excellent live.
Sterolab were incredible.
