He's just jealous because he withered away to nothing when he left the WWE.

Should've been Orton that came in the ring, not Cena.

Alex, I just answered your query on the where-abouts of Mongo. Are you going to ignore me on here too?
Man up.

I like Heyman, but this pisses me off a little bit.
I can understand Jericho being there. If you read Jericho's book, he mentions that Flair always gave him sound advice when it came to matches and the retarted booking at the time. Cena, albeit, he may have become good friends or acquaintces with Flair, but should he have been introduced like he was? I dont think so.
Since they were obviously breaking kayfabe, they should have gone ahead and let Orton and Edge be in the ring too. I kinda felt bad for Orton, you know he wanted to be in there "saying goodbye"
Heyman comes off sound bitter, even though I like him, more than anything. Of course its going to be emotional, and of course Ric Flair deserves a proper send off. Any fan of wrestling, especially wrestling history, knows that.

...
This is just another way to bitch about WWE and John Cena.
There was nothing wrong with that send-off, Flair obviously had his family and closest friends in the ring with him, and maybe, just maybe, Cena was one of them.
Heyman complaining about the song and the amount of crying is even more stupid.
Get over it.

Vince and Dunn are jackasses. I hope to see more of Heyman taking shots at them.

You ever think Cena & Jericho mean something to Flair? Yeah, Jericho and Flair are friends from WCW, and almost everyone on the roster likes Cena so...

Flair praised Cena in his Hall Of Fame speech, if that doesn't tell you that Cena means something to him then you're in denial.
Seriously, get over yourselves and your blind hatred for Cena. If one of your IWC golden boys like CM Punk was to hop in the ring and embrace Flair, none of you would have gave it a second thought. Simply because it's "ONOZ JOHN CENA WHO WE HAVE TO BASH TO GET OVER ON THE NET", you're all acting high-and-mighty over it, like it took anything away from an amazing send-off. Flair had no problem with it, and that's all that matters. It was his night, not Heyman's, and not any of yours. Cena had as much right as anybody to be in that ring.

Usually, Heyman is on point with his opinions...but this I don't agree with.

You must be joking.. if Punk had got in the ring, then people on here would have been bitching just as much - if not more.. 'cos Punk has no connection to Flair either..

Orton should have been in the ring, man, a hand shake would have been good.

WWE stopped caring about what Heyman says a long time ago. I'm sure Flair had some sort of influence over Jericho's career, and I believe Cena was out there, representing WWE as a whole. He's the biggest star in the company, and he wanted to say thanks on behalf of World Wrestling Entertainment. I agree with you. For once, I don't agree with Heyman...

Wether we like it or not, Cena is the future of the WWE, as of now. Flair was amazing in his prime, and had a way with the fans. Cena has a similar connection, it like the future of the WWE and the past, and he's saluting Flair for paving his future.

Yeah, giving it the most notoriety its ever had is 'raping' it. I think we have finally found a more annoying mark than mrchase. Everything you have said in this thread has been wrong. i am not stupid mark like everybody ,else. i am indie wrestler. that has worked for harley races WLW & many missouri & ill indie promotions . also i have had tryouts for WWE in darkmatches. also i was the camarea man in the original hell in the cell at BAD BLOOD with HBK & the undertaker , that got pushed down by HBk , if you don't believe me go look up Kevin x or kevin sharp on the internet & you will suprised.go to world of wrestling & look me up.becuase iam no mark like you . i am wrestler . i am annoying to you because you really don't understand the wrestling business in the back & it just don't make scense to you because in your head you have your little world of wrestling & how it is suppose to be. most marks like you who have never wrestle are like that .

Sorry Heyman, this is bullcrap. Flair's send off was awesome, and couldn't have really been done any better.

I agree Cena seemed out of place in a way, but Flair has said himself that he really likes Cena, has tremendous repspect for him, and that they are friends. Just because you all think Cena sucks, doesn't mean that Flair agrees. I think he secretly wanted to start a "Cena Sucks" chant. No but if Flair didn't mind it, why should any of you?

No that's not it. It's the little issue with the fact that you're an idiot. Damn near everything you say is easily proven wrong, but you're so hell bent on looking smarter than everyone here that you can never admit when you're wrong. You barely have a grasp on the English language. Besides that, I don't think that being a relatively unknown indy wrestler makes you an expert on the wrestling industry. Oh, and I used to attend WLW shows regularly. I've seen you wrestle, you're not that good.

All the guys that were in ring though could be seen as a face. Orton is intended to be hated and regardless of the moment, being a nice guy would have bit him in the ass. Even if only to pay tribute.
