What is NAT type? Sent from my ADR6350 using ProBoards Network Access Transmission type. It's a statement of the quality of your connection (and your router typically affects this more than your ISP) with three levels: closed (worst), moderate, and open (best).

First off you need to burn a cd with the songs you want, then you have to rip that cd to your xbox. You can't just grab songs over your network like you can do with a PS3. He's trying to stream, not copy. That should be possible. However, you may want to try doing it through Windows Media Player/Zune not Windows Media Center. I'm running Windows 8, so unless you want to use Zune I'm not sure how accurate any instruction/suggestion I may give would be. For what you're trying to do, Sully is right that burning a disc would likely be your best bet. Don't have to worry about network weirdness (especially if your PC/Xbox are using Wifi).

Take that back. So sloppy seconds from Nintendo? The fact it's on Xbox means Nintendo didn't make it.

I want Microsoft to make their own version of Super Smash Brothers like Sony did. Who'd be in it? Gears of War characters, Halo characters, Fable characters? a car from Forza? Not that I'm against the idea, but Xbox has the worst of the exclusive characters. Well, clearly exclusives aren't necessary if Big Daddy is going to show up in Sony's game. Blinx the cat Voodoo Vince They could probably get away with using Munch with the same logic as Parapa in PS All Stars Any Twisted Pixel character (Splosion Man or Gunstringer probably most likely) since MSFT owns them. Master Chief Marcus Fenix Fable Characters Any Rare characters they can use (Banjo, Kazooie, Conker, Kameo, Joanna Dark)

I've used it for a couple years now. My word of advice: if you want to play brand new games when they come out, you have to game the system a bit. For instance, you want nothing on your list of games besides the game you want leading up to when it's out.
Depending on your distance from a shipping center (there's like 5 or so now), games arrive between 2-5 business days from when they ship. I typically get mine in two days.
Let me know what you want to know.

Hey guys. I just got a 360 today, and wanted to know if you needed XBL Gold to buy DLC, or if you can get it with the regular XBL (Silver I think). You don't need Gold for DLC. You do need it to play online/use any of the apps besides Zune Music/Video, though.

I'm usually excited for E3 but have absolutely no interest in it this year. It certainly doesn't help that every game company under the sun has already announced the vast majority of games being shown this year, and Sony and MS have announced they won't be showing their next consoles. I'm excited to see what Microsoft has to show, more on a software side than anything games-related.

As of moment of posting, I'm on the start of Act 3 on Normal, still on my first character. What about you guys? Act 2 Nightmare.

Even with all of the things you listed, it still could be overheating.

Do you have like 5-7 inches of space behind the back of the 360 and a wall or something? Also, how old is this 360? About a foot from he wall, and probably 4 years Well, the only other recommendation I'd have besides calling Microsoft to get it repaired would be to take the hose part of a vaccum (the part that detaches) and run it across the vents on the 360 (while the vacuum is running) and try it again. It's possible that there's just a buildup of dust in there. However, due to the age, it's also possible that some of the fans in the case may have died, preventing the system from keeping itself cool.

Um, what? I'm assuming 360. Overheating has almost nothing to do with other electrical devices. Is your 360 in a home theater setup? Is it on carpet? Yes xbox, and yes on the carpet Is it standing up on the carpet?

Kinda hard to know if it's a good deal without knowing the price. Out of the two you listed, I'd say go with #1, but you're almost definitely going to want to replace the hard drive. You can't just buy a PC hard drive, so it will be a little pricey too. If the 1st Xbox is more than $100, I'd pass.

got it resize is it still to big though? It's still pretty big. I'd make it 500 wide 321 high.

You'll need to change height and width. Photobucket is likely not resizing it when you change just the width to avoid distorting the image.

How dare they DO THEIR JOB!? I know most (if not all) of you are intelligent to know that they are told to do their best to get pre-orders. Same thing at FYE. The people behind the counter are just doing what they're told in a tough to work for business. I know the guys at the Game Crazy next to my Hollywood Video would get bitched at by their DSMs and RSMs, if they didn't get X amount of pre-orders a day/week. I don't begrudge Gamestop employees for doing their job. However, I don't enjoy how they do business, so I do business elsewhere. Amazon (and Steam) has essentially rendered Gamestop useless to me.
