Just crazy how much prices have risen to in 5 years. I know most will defend it say its no big deal, inflation blah blah blah, but still, $20 for a wrestling figure is ridiculous, especially when theyre coming with less and less over the years. Exclusives with plastic shirts, DM with only a belt, etc. I remember when people hated $20 so much that they couldn't justify buying a legends 2 pack for that price. I'm just annoyed. $15 was perfect, even 17 was acceptable, but $22 is ridiculous. Looks like I'm not buying from TRU anymore.

I hate the figure for the same reasons I hate the DM figure. He's too damn small. Tiny arms, tiny legs, tiny torso, giant head.

What I dont understand is that didnt they say they were making a BP version of them? Ok, so why not put the tshirt versions in basic form and the in ring attire version in elite form? I hate the basics but I dont mind t shirts and entrance gear in basic. It just seemed to make more sense that an in ring version has more articulation. Oh well, Ill still buy them but I am disappointed.

Not to be rude or start anything, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I mean, she doesn't sound like the type of person you would want to be the mother of your child, so maybe it wasn't that bad of a thing after all. Just throwing it out there. Anywayssss.....those figures are sweet

Sweet figures. I'm more jealous of that MJ than anything else lol. The NBA collection looks amazing but way out of my price range. But the WWE figures are top notch too lol.

That's horrible. I feel bad for Rey, he was just doing his job and now has to live with this for the rest of his life. I can't imagine dealing with that. Obviously I feel for the wrestler too (more than rey) but I don't think people realize how bad this must be eating Rey up. Nobody ever dreams they'll be responsible for the death of another person. I'm surprised something as benign as a drop kick could kill a person. I watched the video and it didn't look like a terribly damaging move. It's horrible when these freak accidents occur. Rip perro.

It wasn't a good figure. Maybe thicker legs, a different head and a little thicker arms would've helped. The attire is OK, but hes just too thin. RVD is a semi-thick dude.

A lot of the stuff that goes for big money now, sat on shelves when they were released. The DMs specifically and early legends. I saw the stuff all over the place and didn't want them but I really wish I had gotten them so I could sell them now haha. I saw a hundred DM Warriors, Austins, HHH, Rocks etc.

We definitely need a new one. The first one is pretty bad. The arms are too small, the hair looks bad, it just was a pretty disappointing figure. Definitely would want a jeans ddp with world title and those dolph ziggler/cody rhodes arms. Arms to small? He was very lean. And he certainly didn't have large arms. But he didn't even have the cw arms that are on people like billy gunn, SCSA, he has those tiny tiny arms that are on early dolph zigglers, early randy ortons. He doesn't have huge arms, but he has longish arms. The ones he had were too short. That's why I mentioned the newer dolph arms because they're long.

Hope? Young Andre the Giant without cheap ghetto ass Paul Stanley wig head(new head with afro, smiling scan, blue shorts, red boots) Koko B Ware with Frankie Snuka (normal, non suck-ass attire) King Harley Race Expect Bret Hart Shawn Michaels Edge NWA Dusty We got that Andre in elite 29. Barefoot snuka, new rick rude (is he in the hof?), booker t. I still haven't found slaughter. I've seen every one except him. It's quite frustrating. Probably my hardest to find figure. Hopefully the second series is evenly stacked.

I was a big Jakks collector and when mattel started I thought I would just quit, but I couldn't stay away forever lol. I started around christmas 2010, and had never seen any of the mattels at retail. Well, one night I went to kmart, and it looked like everything was untouched and had just been sitting there. Like 10 EG M$M, a bunch of other EG, every Elite that was out around that time, tons of the HOF legends and Legends 1-3. It was beautiful haha.
It was christmas 2011 and I had gone everywhere looking for that damn elite 12 kane. i went to like 5 stores a day for multiple days. Finally, one rainy night, i went to kmart and i had an extra ten and threw it in the salvation army thing, you know where the guy stands and rings the bell, and I go to the toy section and see a complete set of elite 12. It was a sense of relief because I wasn't going to give up until I found Kane. Definitely the hardest figure to find at retail for me. A few days before that, at the same kmart, I found like 4 cases of legends 6. Bought 2 eddies and 2 warriors because I had no interest in anybody else from the set. One that bugs me because I realize I'd rather have the figure than the belt, but I went to toys r us earlier that year and they had both fresh sets of elite 9 and legends 5. I was for sure getting ryder, but I only had money for two, and instead of getting Bam Bam, who I really wish I had, I bought Miz so I could get that US belt. The belt isn't even good. It's so out of proportion, but at the time its what I wanted. I thought it would be easier to find Bam Bam again but I never saw legends 5 again.
More recently, everything has become fairly easy to find so I'm always walking into fresh cases. However I only saw Elite 31 once and it was a glorious set. I picked up Dean and The Rock on one night, because I had the legends vader, so if I never saw him again I wouldn't be devastated, but low and behold, next day they put even more out, but no rocks or deans but 3 vaders. One of my good decisions lol. I reaaally wanted that Billy Gunn elite. I had taken a year and a half off collecting and got back in because of that one figure lol. Second day out looking (first day bought the WM30 HBK & Bret) and there were 3 Billy Gunns. That was heaven haha.
Its easier to buy online, but most of the fun of collecting for me is that moment when you walk in a store, after searching for specific people, and seeing them there. That feeling is probably better than actually taking it home and opening it, oddly enough lol.

nice figs. actually had an extra of those L6 warriors i got at big lots for $9 for awhile but sold it cheap to a local vintage toy store recently. I feel the pain dawg. I had a loose one and a moc one just sitting around and I put em on ebay because I didnt like the scan, and just threw it up there with a BIN of $30 and it went instantly. This was exactly a year ago and I didn't realize how much it was actually going for. I did the same exact thing with my elite Bossman too. I just threw up a bunch of figures so I could get a little extra money and didn't do my research. I had been out of the game for like a year and a half though so thats my excuse haha. Anyway, nice pickups dude. Love that Kane. Definitely a great figure. I think its better than the WM31 figure but both are still sweet. Maybe they'll drop in price soon because of the new Kane figure lol.

I need to start exercising again. I lost 130 pounds a year and a half ago and I've gained 40 back. I just invested in a planet fitness membership.

Omg. Damn you Mattel. Looks like I'm gonna be eating ramen for a while. Eddie is perfect. Would've preferred a title over roses but still amazing. Finally I can get a yoko as I missed out on the first. This one looks even better. Both hogans are must gets. Sting. Omg sting. Perfect. I wonder how much the 4 pack will cost. Bo is sensational. I didn't expect anything from this show but holy moly they knocked it out of tthe park.

I want it. I bought the toys r us play set with the barricades and announce table. Combined with the ones from my roman reigns figure it's enough to go around my rsr (there's a blind spot on my table), but the barricades are too short and flimsy and fall down. That was a waste of money but thankfully they made this. People have been asking fir something like this for a decade. Ever since the metal vengeance arena.

Why even waste one ounce of energy on this, Mattel? How about a medium sized ring or more play sets? This is silly.

I can't see Mattel making a belt pack. They like to use belts as incentive to buy less desired figures (elite 10 big show for example). I understand why they do it but as a collector it's frustrating. Hopefully they start including them more though. I have to say, their belts are very impressive. The jakks belts feel like dollar store items compared to these. My only gripe Is how out of scale some are (original us belt, CW belt). Also I don't see why some have painted side panels and others don't. But I really hope they include more classic belts. Those tag belts are probably the best belts they've made. I really want a LHW title. Some figures really should include belts though like the NAO, JBL, etc. Some people are just synonymous with certain belts.
