Steve, could Elite 35 Earthquake please be considered for the greatest hits line with the new taller boots that weāve had for the Royal Rumble Elite and latest Greatest Hits natural disasters?
The taller boots make him a little too tall but sooner that than how small the Elite 35 now looks.
Please could we also have an Elite Summerslam 1990 version of Quake? Itās more memorable than his Canadian attire and would go great next to Elite 96 Hogan.

Has anyone got the new greatest hits natural disasters and compared with the old TNF versions?
I think Earthquake has always been too short which is annoying but it looks like the new greatest hits is too tall (but passable)ā¦Typhoon was slightly shorter than Earthquake yet his greatest hits is taller than Quake so Typhoon is definitely way too tallā¦.im wondering if I could/should get the new quake to replace the TNF and keep the old typhoon or whether the old typhoon will then look way too short in comparison?

I can see your point. Iām displaying them MOC next to my LJN collection, and love the look, myself, but I recognize that itās primarily for nostalgia and the packaging. And if they were staying faithful to the LJNs then Iād be fine with them completing everyone they can. But theyāre not. Piper doesnāt have red trunks, Hart Foundation arenāt the same attire, Funk doesnāt have the green chaps. So since weāre getting different attires why not give us different characters too. This along with the lack of signed talent is where we are hitting the buffersā¦itās going to be a very confused line with great packaging (which sometimes arrives damaged due to lack of protection in the post). Iād rather they have accurate ring gear anyway but especially if theyāre not sticking strictly to the LJN look. Can see myself selling this part of the collection up fairly soon. I was on the fence about getting in, the packaging hooked me but Iām starting to regret it.

The fate of this line will indeed be down to Walmart but also down to FTITL.
The first couple of series are great with the big hitters but thereās not really any meat on the bone left there, they need to start getting some FTITL from this period in and hopefully some mid card/low card names that we remember from that time to really start filling out our collections. Would love the likes of Mike Tyson, Val Venis, Gangrel, Mideon, hopefully the headbangers fit in here. Debra, Sable, a new improved nation Farooq, Mr McMahon Ultimate, Shane in his Nitro take over polo, Paul White, ECW & WWF Dudleyz, Oddities, Al Snow, an improved Stephanie (wedding dress or sacraficed?) Bob and Crash Holly, Steve Blackman, Commisioner slaughter, BAF Yurple the clown and bed pan Austin.

Cannot wait to get that Undertaker so I could swap the head and boots onto the legends. Kind of wish they gave Undertaker his own gloves rather than the reused Hogan biker gloves. Oh wellā¦ I thought they are takers gloves? Theyāre packaged backwards but I think theyāre fingerless, unlike Hogans?

Sure, would have made more sense. But even from the start, what exactly is the Hogan/Funk connection? Same first name? Yes, theyāve had matches, including Saturday Nightās Main Event, but Hogan had more memorable feuds with many others. Of whoās likely available, better feud pairings would have been Andre, Piper, Sheik, Studd, Bossman, or DiBiase. Seems like they donāt mind being relatively random, just wanting to pair an anchor with someone who would be less likely to sell/be produced on their own. Without doubt andre is the figure to go with hogan. Mania 3, the SNME etc. for the time this is hitting hogan Andre is the pairing Andre will be a weird one, they canāt improve on the ultimate already released, how do they make it different? Feels like it will just be a re-release in a nice box? Hogan probably the same too. Two re-releases of very recent ultimate figures in one set and charging $70 is a tough sell.

I do love this line but I think the inconsistency holds it back a little. I always prefer things to be accurate from an attire perspective, I donāt like fantasy gear at all - for me, this line could have existed and done very well in the same way but should have made adjustments to make the ring gear match a genuine attire.
Now people said ābut this is staying true to the LJNsā which I could accept and have so far kept it as a separate collection to my main collection but now theyāve started changing attire away from what LJN did and still not being ring accurate, I donāt really get it.

I think the survivor series ultimate two pack Undertaker will go under the radar here because we have had so many grey era Takers but itās incredible, the absolute definitive version of Taker from that era. Headscan is brilliant and we finally have the correct tie and hat. Posed correctly it brings that classic trading card / promo pic that weāve all seen for years to life in figure form.

Hi Steve, what would the chances be of getting some of the Wrestlemania IX announcers in their caesars palace gear? And have you considered these before?
Think they would be a real stand out in a collection, would be great to get Gorilla, Heenan and Mene Gene in particular - IX must be one of the most well represented in figures by now, would be great to get these guys amongst them.

They usually request you send the items back, unless youāre international in which case they say nothing can be done and offer $10 compensation šš¤¦š»āāļø

Would have liked to have got Steiners this year and thereās always the fear that something will fo wrong before we get the ones we want but Iām pretty confident we will see them next year.
Losing Macho when we were so close to that incredible UE was a real kick in the proverbials, I really hope it gets sorted and we get that next year. Iāll take as many more Machoās as they want to make but even if we just got that UE and thatās it, Iād be content.

As far as looking like and fitting in with Hasbro, I don't think ZST can top Mitch's MoM, personally. They might look great, but will they be more Hasbro-like than Mitch's MoM? I'd doubt it. Will be interesting to see, theyāre by far Mitchās best figures but with Ron designing Zombies and having the shine that G&Gs donāt have, along with hopefully the correct colours, I think theyāll top them.

Hi Steve, please could there be consideration for coliseum collection to be shipped with more protection? Particularly for international buyers? Even if there was an option to pay a little more for a protective case or something?
You guys do such a great job with the packaging, clearly itās a big part of the appeal and a reason we purchase. The last two sets now have arrived with damage and squashed corners, Iām hoping support can help with a replacement but would be good to have more than a brown shipper to stop it happening.

Gorilla Monsoon has to be number one, surely. Way overdue a re-release especially given how difficult it was to get.
Ron Simmons a good shout after that.

Exactly this. The āHasbros did it tooā is not a valid defense here. They didnāt do it to this extreme (no pun intended). The exaggerated features Hasbro did were almost always done in a stylized way that were far more balanced than what we have been seeing since H&F debuted. I genuinely wonder how long is too long for them to actually call him out on it? Do they need to be dragging their knuckles before they actually say something using the same tone saved to scold Mitch or Bill? Agreed. And if you go back and look at the figures in the Hasbro line, very few of the figures had arms that reached the knees.Ā I think Zombie has a reputation for being a bit snappy when anyone offers any form of criticism and a bit stubborn, however constructive it is but I wish heād realise this kind of thing is only because we want the product to be as good as it can be, we want to buy the stuff heās making, he needs to be open to change. Overall his stuff is by far the best retro on the market and for me closest to Hasbro (again, on the whole) and I love Ron doing the designing, I just really wish he would make the change on the arm length.

Really disappointed with those Canadians, they look nothing like either of them even after the āupdatesā. I was hopeful Mitch was improving as MOM were decent (despite no gold) but these Quebecers are awful which is a real shame as theyāre a good fit for extension of the Hasbro era. Zombie already has MOM signed so Iāve no doubt they will be far superior when they eventually come outso Mitchās are a placeholder for the orange card series. I was still hoping to be able to continue to support Mitch as his choices of talent are good, was also looking forward to the Rougeau brothers but assume they will be as bad as these Canadians so I could be out of grapplers and gimmicks all together. If I knew Zombie were bringing out the same figures I'd wait for Zombies... Yeah I didnāt find out until after Iād ordered MOM from Mitch, a bit of a bummer but at the same time, they look decent and at least it meant I can have a complete Orange card series. Iām guessing Zombieās will be a little while yet with how much heās got lined up next year. I donāt think theyāre ALL listed but I believe most of who Zombie has signed is listed on his website so I will check that moving forward to try not to spend money on inferior product.

I love Zombies but I do wish he would shorten the arms. D-Freedom and the pod seemed to suggest Hasbros would be the same if you were able to elongate the poses they were in. I get what they mean but these Zombies are even longer, unnecessary.
