In no particular order: 1. Great Muta (classic facepaint) 2. Bruiser Brody 3. Jushin Liger 4. The Great Kabuki 5. Andre The Giant The newest figure in the 16d Collection line is Terry Funk. Terry is currently up for pre-order. GoodSmile Shop no longer carries the 16d figures. Any old links to the site are considered outdated links. For the most up-to-date info on the 16d line, use the site: 16d.jp/p_category/16dc/I'd love to get my hands on this figure, but the 16d.jp website doesn't seem to ship outside of Japan. I guess we'll have to wait for sites like Big Bad Toystore or eBay to stock them. Wow! Thanks for this! 16d is so much harder to track now that they've gotten rid of the old site or switched how it was laid out. I had no idea about this Funk, but it's very cool.

Yeah what everyone else said. Thanks for everything you are doing. I used to do work like that and it is a very selfless job that is often taken for granted with little monetary compensation. People like you want to make a difference. In life we would be great friends. Keep up the good work and let me know if you need any help. I have a lot of saved articles you can scan in to give some more detail for the limited edition figures especially. Sadly information is lost over time so maybe this way someone like yourself can save it. P.s: im sure you know this already but keep a backup of your site on a closed private server that can be ready to go when activated. Things happen and having been a webmaster for many years it is better safe than sorry. I use your site a lot for reference so i really hope you stick around for many years. Let us know how best we can help. I shot you a DM!

Hey everyone, I run www.wrestlingfiguredatabase.com. Over the last few days, I've worked to gather as much information from posts/videos/walkthroughs/etc., plus as many pictures as I could to put together a gallery of everything that Steve, Bill, and the Mattel team revealed this past weekend. You can find it here. While I think I captured mostly everything, I'm not perfect, so I'd like to solicit the community's help: -Did I miss anything? -Does anyone have any series/lineup information on the Main Event series figures? There's a chunk (Rhea, Mankind, Rock, Seth, Bron, Katana in silver) I can't figure out where they slot in. If you'd like to see figures by other manufacturers from this weekend, you can remove the filter at the top to see it all. Enjoy!

One of the coolest Japanese Wrestling figure sets has to be Progressa's Sofubicchi figures.
Years before the trend took off in the west, Progressa released a soft vinyl figure collection of Wrestlers from the Michinoku promotion. Each figure came packaged in a blind box with an included order form, that could be used to order exclusive items and enter giveaways from Progressa themselves.
The line was called Sofubicchi, which is a portmanteau of the Japanese words 'sofubi' and 'icchi'; one could roughly translate the line as soft vinyl match.
One such item was the Sofubicchi ring playset. In total there were five standard figures to collect, plus one 'secret' figure. The figures are: Jinsei Shinzaki The Great Sasuke Tiger Mask IV Gran Hamada Sasuke The Great and Onryo (whom I believe was the secret figure of the set). An even-rarer box set exists, which features a Choro-Q toy car with Michinoku decals and an exclusive Tiger Mask IV Sofubicchi variant with red pants. A separate box set also exists with The Great Sasuke, along with a second Choro-Q car adorned with Michinoku-inspired graphics.
The above Sasuke figure isn't from Progressa's Sofubicchi collection, but is an update of the company's other soft vinyl line entitled
the super deformed series. An exclusive bronze Great Sasuke figure and car bundle from 2001. The bronze figure is part of Progressa's super-deformed series. Clear and gold versions, with original blind boxes. Long before Funko Pops made event-exclusives a thing, the majority of Progressa's Sasuke figures were event exclusives often-featured at Japanese toy shows. The golden variant is from the 1999 Wonderland Market. Another clear variant with red and black highlights. This particular variant was used to promote Michinoku's Super J-Cup, and may have been an event-exclusive as well. The standard colour variant. An alternate colour variant. If you love clear variants, a third one exists with a glitter finish. Like the clear red and black version, the glitter variant was used to promote the Super J-Cup. Beautiful! Let me know if you ever run across pictures of the sofubicchis online without the ring. I was able to find a Sasuke in a flesh tone too! My research also uncovered a Dragon Gate sofubicchi line!

Was really hoping that the February on-sale wouldn't be a preorder...With the long delay between series, I was thinking these might already be in production and/or available once they announced them.

Where's the 1/3000 Amazon Champions 4 pack fit in? Is it a continuation of series 3 or starting a new series? I don’t update this anymore because people decided they could do it better than me Is something like this still being done? I haven't seen another here at least.

I’d recommend looking on wrestlingfiguredatabase.com - I used this to check my Rock collection against and worked well. However I did try and find specific Bret figures and found some missing, but suspect they’ll be covered fro the most part. Old thread, I know, but do you happen to remember ones that were missing? We should have all of them in there (unless of course I've mistagged). For the original person who asked, here's all Ric's figures: wrestlingfiguredatabase.com/collections/all-ric-flair-wrestling-action-figures. You can filter by manufacturer.

There are only four: wrestlingfiguredatabase.com/collections/future-toys-cmll-super-luchadores. Rayo de Jalisco appears on the back, but no samples have been found to date. I'm not sure on the pricing, but I do know that Vampiro appears to be the least common/most sought after of the bunch and will run you more than the others. Roy Lucier (can be found on Instagram and Twitter) would have more information for you, as he's recently bought a few of these. $90 honestly seems really low to me and I'm surprised you were able to get Pierroth at that price.

I'm genuinely confused why people are down on the Warrior. His Nitro debut was a huge deal. I still have it recorded on VHS. His Halloween Havoc attire is probably my favorite look of his career but the match was awful. His debut on Nitro though, despite what the slander DVD said, was a time and place moment for fans, essentially 8 years in the making. And the duster was awesome, so maybe not seeing that is turning people off, but that's a Defining Moment for both Warrior and Nitro. IMO it's because of the 2019 Ultimate WCW Warrior. We all want to commemorate Warrior in WCW (or at least have it represented), but the run was so lackluster that we simply don't need two iterations of it. If this was a first appearance of WCW Warrior in the Ultimate line, we'd be over the moon, whether it was him in the Halloween Havoc attire or jeans. But it's the second AND now it's seemingly a step down (anything with jeans gives that perception IMO). Yeah, it's a cool figure, but I think it's a miss as a stretch goal that we're supposed to WANT to reach.

Most of the major complaints from the last crowdfund were addressed: ✅More figures ✅Something more iconic ✅Something from a more popular era ✅Don’t do it during SDCC ✅Don’t punish those who got in late by not offering the early bird to them ✅Don’t make us buy another ring This year’s major complaints: ❎I don’t want another Hogan ❎I didn’t want that DDP ❎When was Warrior in WCW? ❎Who’s Rey Mysterio? Hit it on the head. There are a few things that I don't necessarily think were addressed, but not sure how they would address them: ❎ I don't want something that takes up a ton of space, like another ring or huge play set ❎ Don't do it during WrestleMania week ❎ Don't make me spend significantly more than $250 They're truly damned if you do, damned if you don't. I think this crowdfund will be pretty telling as to which direction they go next: Will the next crowdfund be bigger? Similar size? Or significantly smaller and less risky?

I will start out by saying the stage and the ramp are incredible. This is a dream come true. I want this stage badly. The figures, however, leave much to be desired (and I realize they have accessories not ready to be shown yet.) Everyone has been asking for a DDP depicting his most common look during the boom of The Monday Night War. They threw us a bone in the Basic series years ago, but that's hardly enough. This is now the FOURTH time this attire has been done (only one had a pink stripe instead of blue, whoopie.) Legends, Elite, Best Of later this year, and now this. Like, I think it's a good candidate for the Best Of series, hopefully with better hair and beard paint apps, but why do this as the Ultimate? DDP in textured jeans, with removable ab tape, a diamond cutter shirt, the vest, the extra head & hands, and the US title - all of that stuff would make for the perfect DDP from '97-'98. It's weird, man. We have 4 DDPs from right before the boom period and then right after with his WWE-run figure. It keeps getting avoided. I don't understand why. I think White Thunder Scott Steiner is an excellent choice to do here, but the execution leaves much to be desired. I remember this look the most with him having his face in the star and the Superman logo. He also had one with "Big Poppa Pump" on the front. It's just too plain looking, why not do more with it? I get it if you can't do the Superman logo exactly, but why not just do an S with circle or something? Hogan is the most 'who cares' thing ever to me. We've had enough Hulks in yellow trunks for awhile. Not interested. That's not a bad Rey or anything, but we just got the E100 Rey from a similar time period, and that will suffice for me. This was an opportunity to redo Phantom Rey as an Ultimate with a ripped mask alt head and WCW cruiserweight title. I'd kill for a Mattel Juvi, but I know he's not under a Legends deal. Ultimate Warrior in jeans from his dog water WCW run. Pass. I'm sure it'll look cool with the duster, I get why some people would like this, but it's not enticing to me personally. The big question I have is where is nWo Eric Bischoff? That's most no-brainer thing. For me to be completely on-board with this, it'd have something resembling this: - UE DDP as described above included with the stage
- UE Booker T in dark magenta (like the Basic Flashback - youtube.com/watch?v=PVn51-tQmyA) with the TV title, alt head, durag, sunglasses
- UE Eric Bischoff in jeans in a molded nWo shirt torso, removable leather jacket arms & bare arms w/ black tapped hands, WCW nWo title, Nitro mic, alt head with light beard/shorter hair)
- UE Scott Steiner in a more detailed 'White Thunder' attire as described above; similar to what we're getting
- UE Mortis or Glacier. Something wild like that. This would be the Final Tier figure if funding is completed. I realize this depends on obtaining rights.
I kept Booker light on accessories so Bischoff could have all his. I also don't expect those to be exact (Booker in white or black would be cool, too). Anyway, enough fantasy booking. I'm just looking at the asking price and thinking about how much more enticing it would be without any of these figures included. Maybe just Scott with better deco? Anything to get this to be just that incredible stage without a bunch of extra stuff driving up cost. The shiny 'steel' WCW logos, the background banner graphics, the gritty burnt-metal look of the stage platform, the lights...the stage is seriously is amazing, and as someone who received the Nitro Arena from Toybiz back in the day, I could only dream of something like this as a kid. Mattel made something special here; this is a project with a lot of love put into it. I wish I could buy it by itself at reduced cost, or that the figure offerings appealed to me more to justify it. I don't want to undermine the stage with my complaints. 100%. The figures are puzzling, especially the DDP. I honestly don’t really want any of them except Steiner. The stage itself is amazing, however, for a WCW lifer like me. Will it be enough? Time will tell.

Can anyone remember who is confirmed for Heels & Faces series 3 , and when they are due to go on crowdfund? I’ve done a light search but can’t seem to find anything…. ZST said these would be immediately available with no preorder. Correct on the lineup, so far: wrestlingfiguredatabase.com/collections/zombie-sailors-toys-wrestlings-heels-faces?filter.p.m.my_fields.series=3. It's interesting that we haven't seen more of Hernandez yet IMO. FWIW It seems like ZST could drop a lot of product without preorders pretty soon. He has a lot (Busick, Roadkill, Tunney, the MDK/Cardona 2-pack, Smart Mark, Booger, Candido, Mr. Hughes, Pettengil, Road Warriors) that's at least been sculpted. Who knows where it is in the actual production process though.

The retro/indie producer era has gone from being a tremendously exciting--and fun!--development to frustration and fatigue with the whole model IMO. Using the database, this is what's still outstanding from the producers and what's live:
-Epic (37 outstanding [56% of catalog]; 29 in-market) -Rush (36 outstanding [100% of catalog]; 0 in-market) -ZST (35 outstanding [81% of catalog]; 8 in-market) -KWK (13 outstanding [100% of catalog]; 0 in-market) -Hasttel (11 outstanding [100% of catalog]; 0 in-market) -CWFigs (10 outstanding [100% of catalog]; 0 in-market) -FC Toys (10 outstanding [77% of catalog]; 3 in-market)
There are 152 figures that are either 1) just announced, 2) concept only, 3) in prototyping, or 4) have preorders open but haven't shown a final physical on-card product (e.g., not enough confidence to say they'll release this year given track records).
Data aside, I'm personally exhausted by the announcements of figure variants, card variants, new lines, and experimental distribution methods when most of these producers don't have a single figure in-market. I haven't ordered anything since ZST series 1 or the Epic Toys takeover, and I don't plan on it, until some of these producers actually start putting up.
That being said, being a toymaker is not something I envy. There is so much that goes into this that it's difficult to plan. ZST and Epic seem to have adapted to this by simply staying mum on "new" announcements until forced (e.g., Ahmed) and/or providing timing only on things they have preorders open for. Whatever the reason for the huge backlogs, one thing's certain: STOP SHOWING ARTWORK.
