Here's my Attitude Era shelf That's an awesome looking JJ, what's the recipe Thanks dude. I think I used a basic Dolph Ziggler body, Jarrett BCA head with Mattel basic Hogan glasses.

What copyright tattoo does he have? It's the Conan the Barbarian tattoo on his chest. Oh ok. Didn't know that. I think I had heard it mentioned before, but never knew which tattoo of his was copyrighted.

Mattel can make the Jericho figures with tattoos but they choose not to. It would add more cost to the figure because they would have to pay each copyright holder a royalty fee. Then you also have to account for the added cost of each deco hit/paint app. The figure would probably have to be a DM with zero accessories for them to profit off producing an accurate modern day Jericho. There's no point in saying even if there was a DM he'd have the tats. They will never make copyrighted tats ever (aside from the first elite Santino). What copyright tattoo does he have?

I really liked the Superplex/Splash combo that Power and Glory did.

Finally! Finally found Hall of Fame Lawler today at the Bowling Green Target. There's another one there when I left, box is a little beat up, but fine if you're loose collector. They also had the rest of the set. Picked up Lawler and Edge to add to the Sting and Booker that I had already got.

Nice! Two great time frames there, with a lot of cool characters and a lot going on. Any cool storylines you care to share? Well I literally just started it a week or so ago. And I don't like to screw with too much because it always seems to screw up my Universe mode when I do. So I just went with the rivalries that they gave me for now. Currently on the 80s/90s roster I have Diesel/Taker, Steamboat/Fujinami and Bret/Savage as my rivalries and all have been really fun so far. Especially the latter two due to how fun the matches are. On the 90s/2000s show I have Rock/Austin, DDP/Sting and Flair/HBK as the rivalries. Rock and Austin have been taunting each other every week and haven't had a match yet so that's a pleasant surprise. Flair and HBK are trading wins in a fun back and forth rivalry and DDP/Sting are showing respect/interest in one another despite not facing off yet. So it's been surprisingly fun. It makes me really glad that I waited a few months to really dive into the mode because it was an absolute disaster when I tried it after the initial launch of the game. I'll try to keep this updated as much as possible. I've just started mine off too. I'm using SummerSlam as a starting off point for each show. Not sure why SummerSlam and not Mania, for some reason it just seemed to work better for me. So I've done SummerSlam '91, this weekend I'm going to have SummerSlam for the Attitude Era and SummerSlam for my current era. Then I'm going to start my weekly shows.

I currently have two period specific Brands in Universe mode. I have a late 80s-Early 90s WWF/WCW roster and I have another that is Late 90s-Early 2000s WWF/WCW. So in a way, yes I do do this. Nice! Two great time frames there, with a lot of cool characters and a lot going on. Any cool storylines you care to share?

May pick one up and donate it to Toys for Tots. That's two birds with one (charitable) stone. Nice. Kudos to you, good sir. I may do this as well.

It may eventually happen.
When I look at Sami Zayn, I can't help but seeing the Intercontinental Title. And I don't mean that in a degrading 'he's not good enough for the big one' way. I mean it in a 'he's a solid worker and reminds me of the days of Bret Hart, Mr Perfect, Shawn Michaels as Intercontinental Champions' kind of way. Now I know some of them went on to win the big one in WWF, but when I think of the Intercontinental Title, those are the first names I think of. And I think Zayn would look great carrying the Intercontinental Title.
I hope if Zayn does win the World Title, I hope its way down the line. I think too often nowadays in WWE they rush people to the World Title and miss out on them climbing the ladder to the title (and I don't mean in a Ladder Match). Sometimes the long journey makes the win that much sweeter, and that's what I would like to see with Sami.
With all of this being said, I'm not a huge Sami Zayn fan. I don't hate him, I like him and enjoy watching him wrestle, but I just don't really consider him a favorite of mine.

The "Dawn of Attitude" DVD is like my dream DVD/BR. 1997 is my favorite year of WWF ever, and I want all of that DX/HF/Rise of Austin content collected in one place. It comes out in October too, which is my birthday month. So all sorts of win. I genuinely can't wait to see the content on that set. I hope it's as much segments as it is matches. I'm definitely in on that Unreleased & Unseen set as well, and I hope a Kevin Nash DVD gets confirmed. Me too. 1997 was such a great year for wrestling. In WCW, the NWO was going strong and the undercard was loaded with talent. ECW hit pay per view in 1997, and to me that's the year I think of whenever I think of ECW. And then there's WWF. Wow! That was such a great year for the WWF. The Hart Foundation feuding with Austin and with HBK, 3 Faces of Foley and those awesome sit down interviews, Taker vs Kane, the start of DX....all of that made such great TV.

Found Falcon and Winter Soldier last night. My Walmart keeps getting these in for the "X-Men" pegs. I guess its a cross referenced number. Makes me think we'll never get the 2nd X-Men wave.

I'm trying to merge a universe mode with the timeline of Smackdown's I'm watching now on the Network (2002) I haven't fully set it up yet and have 16 guys on each roster. Haven't been able to find decent CAWs for everyone but looking forward to playing it out. That's cool. That's a very good timeframe for Smackdown, had a lot of good wrestlers on Smackdown at that time. Yeah, I had a lot of great CAWs downloaded on WWE 2K14 before my PS3 went down. After I got my new system, I started downloading CAWs for 2K16. There's not as many great ones to choose from, I suppose a lot of the creators have moved on from PS3 to PS4 or XBox One. Also the search function on Community Creations for 2K16 doesn't work most of the time.

Definitely getting Hall!
I may get Berzerker, as I get just about everyone from that early 90's era.
Probably passing on Mankind as I have the Amazon Mankind, but may pick up one to keep on card.

I'm curious if anyone plays certain eras in universe mode. Do you set up a WWE Universe revisiting Classic WCW? Do you revisit the Attitude Era and the Monday Night Wars?
And if so, what kind of cool or even odd storylines have you done?
Last year on my PS3, I had set up 3 profiles, each full of CAWs. One was the late 80's through 96, one was 97 - 2001, and the 3rd was 2002 - current day. My plan was to run a Universe mode on all 3. But, my PS3 died.
So recently I got a new PS3 and rushed to download as many Community Creations that I could before the online servers go down at the end of this month. This time I just put a bunch of guys from different eras on one profile, although its not as cool and thorough as what I had done on my previous system.
So I am currently getting ready to play 3 very different eras in my Universe mode.
WWF SUPERSTARS On Saturdays, I have WWF Superstars! Set in a slightly altered 1991. I started with SummerSlam 1991 and had some of the same matches as my revisionist booking isn't really taking place until after the payperview. I'm gonna have this feature mostly WWF wrestlers, but intend on slowly bringing in most top WCW wrestlers (Sting, Flair, Luger, Vader, Steiners, etc.) And I have future WWF wrestlers saved too, ready to debut (Razor, Yokozuna, 123 Kid, Diesel, etc.)
After loosing to Hogan and Warrior, Colonel Mustafa and General Adnan turn on Slaughter and viciously attack him. They then turn their attention to Hulk Hogan and the WWF Championship, a Title that Colonel Mustafa claims Hogan stole from him years ago. At the following Saturday Nights Main Event, Hogan retains his title but is double teamed after the match. The returning Sgt Slaughter rushes the ring and helps even the odds, saving Hogan from Mustafa and Adnan. Bobby Heenan will be bringing Ric Flair into the WWF soon, with Flair immediately demanding an opportunity at Hogan's Title. My plan as of now is for Flair to defeat Hogan, with the help of the returning Brain Busters, Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard. These man will be joined by Mr Perfect and Rick Rude, as the new Heenan Family will be the strongest its ever been. After SummerSlam, the Ultimate Warrior turns his attention back to his most recent tormentors, The Undertaker and Jake the Snake Roberts. Both men seem to be a bit too much for the Warrior to overcome. Jake Roberts also seems to be enjoying tormenting the retired Macho Man Randy Savage and his wife Elizabeth. Crashing their wedding party and even causing Randy Savage to be bitten by a Cobra. Savage wants back in the ring bad! But Jack Tunney won't allow it, unless agreed to by the man whom retired Savage. Will the Warrior agree to have Savage return to help him get revenge on Jake and the Undertaker?
THE MONDAY NIGHT WARS On Mondays, I have Raw is War, set roughly between 1999 - 2000. The premise here is that WWF and WCW, although separate companies and shows still, are being merged under the same banner. Kinda how Raw and Smackdown are currently, allowing for possible talent trades and possilbe interpromotional shows.
Clashing egos causes the world champions from each show to want a match with each other at SummerSlam. This sets up the SummerSlam Main Event: WCW Champion and leader of the nWo, Hollywood Hulk Hogan vs WWF Champion and leader of DX, "The Game" Triple H. The match isn't without controversy however, as at the end of the match Hall and Nash enter the ring...and attack Hollywood Hogan! Costing Hogan his title and leaving him in a beaten and bloody mess in the ring. The next night on Raw, Triple H and his new found friends attack the New Age Outlaws, showing that this isn't an expansion of DX, but something else entirely. Although not fans of the NWO and Hogan, top WCW stars are infuriated at the WCW Title being stolen from them and won't to get their hands on Triple H, Hall, and Nash, thus inciting the war between the companies that both company offices were hoping to avoid with the merger. Future plans for this one include XPac and HBK returning to join their Kliq buddies. I plan on eventually bringing Hogan back in. Also plan to have Bret Hart and the Hart Foundation return to feud the the Kliq, possibly with Benoit or Jericho added in.
CURRENT ERA On Thursdays, I have Smackdown, which is version of the current roster. This is an extension of a Universe I was already playing before my original PS3 died. My roster is made up of mostly up and coming wrestlers, with just a few Legends mixed in to help put over the new guys ( Booker, Edge and Christian, Jericho, Goldust, occasionally Undertaker, and Orton only for long enough to finish a feud I had going on my old PS3.)
Just thought I would share some of the things I have going on and see if you guys had done a Universe mode on any of the games that roughly picked up from a certain point of wrestling history and rebooked it how you enjoyed.

I hope its not the In Your House 2 Dudes black/blue attire, but only because I bought an extra Network Spotlight HBK and made a fixup of this attire.

You didn't think Scott Hall had "it?" Not the kinda of "it" to put him over the top, no. Hall was a great worker, especially for his size. And he was over with the crowd however realistically Razor Ramon was never going to be WWE Champion nor was he ever going to be the leader of the locker room. He didnt have that little extra to put him over the top to be on the scale of a Shawn Michaels or Bret Hart. Same can be said while he was in WCW, demons aside he never had that extra little bit to get him on the scales of a Sting, Hogan, Flair, Goldberg or even a Nash. I think if Razor had never left WWF, we possibly could have seen him as WWF Champion at some point. But I fully agree with you about his WCW run. I feel that , although Hall had a very prominent spot with the nWo, he kinda was lost in the shuffle. It could be because of his personal demons.

I've not seen Cyclops or HOF Lawler anywhere yet. Beginning to think they are just a myth lol. Oh, they aren't a myth. And when you stumble upon them and bask in their glory. Be sure not to look the packages squarely in the eye. You will be blinded! They're that awesome. Nice! I will continue my quest to find them.
