Get drinking before flight, that wasn't good idea, they can reject you if they think your was too drunk to get on the flight, even you don't feel like as drunk. I know its stupid. Is all your info right from WWE? Cause this sounds a lot like Jeff Hardy.

Try not sleeping at all that night. Stay up until your flight, so once you get on the plane you'll fall right asleep. That is what I did. I hate flying, but I need to get used to it because I want to travel to places.

I've only been on one commercial plane in 2006 to Washington DC. I was in a small plane that did all of these turns. It was fun but then it hurt when my ears popped.

I don't know why I'm being such a pus about it. Its weird cause I'm a thrill seeker, I love to go on roller coasters, free fall and stuff like that. I think its maybe cause I'm not in-control. Yeah I know if I'm driving or with some in a car I'm not in-control, but if we get in a accident and you end up dying its a split second and you don't see it coming. Where if your in a plane, and something happens you know your gonna die and everything kinda flashes before your eyes.

It's natural to be afraid to fly.

Just act like you're in your lounge room, only you have drinks and crap waited to you! Just watch some movies, listen to some music, everything will be cool, I promise.
I just hate it when my ears pop.

I would rather it be the plane, because I could stand up and say "The island wont let us die "

It's natural to be afraid to fly. Why do you say that? People fly all the time and I think those who are afraid to fly are generally those who don't fly much at all. I don't hear of very many people who fly all the time and are petrified of flying. I fly maybe once every year or two, but I look forward to it and enjoy it.

Because you're used to the idea of flying. I'm sure you had some form of doubts the very first time. You're just able to suppress them easier. There are people who like jumping out of planes and sky diving. People do it all the time. Does that mean it isn't natural for another person to be afraid to do it? We're land mammals.

I disagree. I don't have any doubts at all about getting on a plane that I have to suppress. I simply get on the plane. I can understand being afraid the first time, but that's simply because it's an unknown thing and it's natural to fear the unknown.

Of course if you're flying 20 times a year, you're not going to be afraid.

Then I would disagree with your original statement that it's natural to fear flying. It's natural to fear the unknown. If you've never been on a boat before it's just as natural for you fear that as it would be to fear getting on an airplane. It's not flying that generates fear it's the unknown.

I pretty much guarantee you that more people are afraid of flying, than going on a boat.

Being on a boat is different for most people. Atleast you're "on" something, not jetting through the air. Not to mention you can swim through water. You can't bail out the plane and flap your wings to safety.

It's by far the safest way to travel. I've never quite understood why people panic so much about flying. You'll be perfectly fine. I think's it because, if something goes wrong with a plane you're pretty much dead. But in a car, you have a good survival chance. As others have said, don't sleep the night before your flight.

I would feel much safe on a plane than on a boat even though if anything goes wrong with the boat you're just as ed as if it goes wrong on the plane. You're out in the middle of the ocean. No one is that good of a swimmer.
