It wouldn't be the worst match I've ever seen. Judas is more than capable in the ring and Rellik's in ring work isn't really the problem, it's the fact he came in as a monster and lost matches constantly. He can't be taken seriously.

I don't hate Judas, but RelliK is just a joke. At least Black Reign has cool theme music, but what does RelliK have going for him?

I don't hate Judas, but RelliK is just a joke. At least Black Reign has cool theme music, but what does RelliK have going for him? Rellik is a fantastic character that is completely misused by TNA management. I wouldnt mind seeing it if it had proper buildup. Not just out of the blue and for no reason. |

Rellik is a fantastic character that is completely misused by TNA management. How does a generic wrestler acting like a Mortal Kombat reject in a Muta mask make for a fantastic character? His goal is to come across as "scary", but "scary" is too unrealistic to be taken seriously in the context of a wrestling promotion... especially one that is 90% hit or miss comedy. I mean did you hear his promo last Thursday? Rellik is WrestleCrap at best. Judas Mesias fills the 'scary guy' role far, far better than Rellik and I don't even care for the guy... |

Are you telling me that the Undertaker is a lame gimmick? As far as his promo.....it sucked. It was awful. I've seen Eugene give a scarier one. But its TNA's fault. He shouldnt be cutting promos. Ever hear Banderas cut a promo? He's worse. Why do you think he doesnt speak and Mitchell does it all for him? Of course he is scarier.....he is being booked better. Bandera is a great worker. The stuff he did in Puerto Rico against Vampiro was some really good stuff. But Rellik has had some very good angles and some very good matches in the Orient. You cant judge him based on TNA's booking alone. |

Undertaker's gimmick works for sports entertainment... it wouldn't work for a small promotion running out of a theme park where comedy, funny or not, is the dominant theme.
As for expanding my wrestling knowledge... that knowledge expands to what I feel is important as well as what interests me. Johnny Stamboli isn't in either of those categories... if I have to know about his character's past history in Japan to think of it as anything other than WrestleCrap, than it's WrestleCrap pure and simple. I'm sure anything you'd define as "WrestleCrap" could have been entertaining or at least watchable if booked differently...
