I can't wait to see people jump off Obama's bandwagon when they realize he's just another corrupt politician and all of that crap about "change" was just shenanigans to trick all you gullible idiots.
One year ago, Obama did a speech where he said he was going to do away with all of the lobbyists with their corrupt political agenda's and that lobbyists would have NO PLACE IN HIS WHITE HOUSE.
You look at the list of names he's considering to appoint to positions in the government and his administration.....most of them are lobbyists...corrupt lobbyists with the same political agendas.
Obama is full of Sh*t. He tells you people what you want to hear and then he does the same corrupt BS that EVERYBODY ELSE DOES.
Obama can't do anything. He is powerless. He has to play the game like every other politician. And that means bending over for big government, and bending over for the big corporations.
And he's not even going to be able to raise taxes on the rich to help out the poor because all of his rich lobbyist supporters will BAIL on him because they don't want to have their money taxed to give to the poor....and he's making an administration filled with rich, corrupt lobbyists.

Gets 40 million people health care. That is change. Makes the other 200 million bankrupt because of it. We can't afford our current healthcare plan (broken as it is). Why in the world would you expand it?

We aren't expanding the current health care system. We are getting a whole new one. That is what Tom Daschle is going to do.

Fine, a new health care system that's not any more affordable than what we have. I for one am sick of politicians spending money like it's going out of style. It's ridiculous. Money is a limited resources. We can't bail out insurance companies, banks, mortgage companies, auto makers, etc.... and continue spending on programs we can't afford and put in new programs that we currently have no funding for and and and and and..... It's ridiculous. The spending is out of control and has to stop somewhere. If Obama was really going to bring change, then fiscal responsibility would be a great place to start. We haven't had that in Washington in years and year.

Maybe we can auction off Puerto Rico, Guam and a couple of states to other countries to pay for everything.

You keep telling yourself that. Believe those lies! And you voted for who? I voted for John McCain because he has a proven war and political track record and was going to let the people who HAVE money KEEP their money. The way it should be.

Then stop bitching about lobbyists and the same political agenda. So did you vote for John Kerry? He has a proven war and political track record.

I'm all for it. I'm pointing out that Barack Obama LIED TO AMERICA about not wanting anything to do with the lobbyists and then 2 weeks after being elected, he jumps right in bed with them.

Ron Klain John Podesta Patrick Gaspard Mark Gitenstein Kieth Harper Pamela Gilbert Theodore Shaw David J. Hayes Sally Katzen Luuisa Terrell Tom Wheeler John L. White Michael Warren Thomas Dillon Sandy Berger
All of them have ties to lobbyists or are former lobbyists. Some of them were lobbyists as recently as last year. And every single person on that list has either ACCEPTED or at least been OFFERED jobs in Obama's White House or are working on his transition team.
Just face it, "the savior" who told you all what you wanted to hear is going to stab you in the back and do what is best for HIM and his agenda now that YOU have but him where he needed to be.
It's the story of politics.

All I'm trying to do is make a profit. Buy for $5, sell for $10. Got to be some gullible person that would buy it for $10.

So how is having a team full of corrupt former lobbyists on his transition team supposed to help him if he is supposedly going to make "changes we can believe in".
Seems like more of the same to me.
And not all of them are on the transition team, it has already been confirmed that some of them will be permanent.
