I agree with all of dreams picks 'cept for BJ Penn. I thuink GSP is going to win in a more dominating performance than his last fight.

I think The Prodigy is gonna get some revenge. GSP fights Great. But BJ Penn is a great fighter.

GSP all the freakin' way. He's already beat him once and he's FAR better now than he was then. He'll take this one for sure.

I agree with all of dreams picks 'cept for BJ Penn. I thuink GSP is going to win in a more dominating performance than his last fight. Being that their previous fight was a split decision, if he's going to win, it'd almost have to be "more dominating." I mean, landing a single shot, or inflicting ANY damage whatsoever, would be more dominating than his first fight with Penn.

I don't care who wins between GSP and BJ as long as it's a good fight. I'm more stoked about getting to watch real life Street Fighter. Go Fitch!!!

I actually DID mean GSP needs to win in a more dominating fashion than his first fight with BJ Penn...
because it was a good fight and all but I thought GSP didn't do much besides the takedowns and I know takedowns count for a lot on the judges cards for some reason...
I think Penn was doing a great job on the feet. But GSP did get a busted nose in the what? First minute of the fight? So that definately messed with his breathing and maybe he wasn't capable of being as explosive as he usually is...
so bottom line neither guy was THAT impressive in their first encounter..it was a good fight IMO...I just expect this fight to blow that one out of the water because both men are just completely different fighters with a more evolved game.
I gotta admit BJ taking those 5 days off and just his general attitude on the Countdown show on spike definately helped me put a definitive stamp on who I think will win. He talks a great game with the "I'm going to kill you Georges...I don't have anything against you but I'm going to kill you" but GSP I think might make Baby J want to stay at LW from now on.

Funniest part is Jon wins 8 fights in a row to tie the UFC record. Looses to (in my mind) one of the top fighters in the world. And gets put to the prelims. HAHAHA. UFC is to political. Thank god for Lorenzo alowing Jon to even fight. Dana is such a piece of ****. Jon was right he is the red headed bastard stepchild of the UFC.

that is so damn true...haha...
BUT WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!! WE HAVE TO SEE STEPHAN BONNAR VS. JON JONES!!
I might not like Fitch, but the guy deserves to be on the damn PPV imo. After the fight with GSP I completely respect the guy as a fighter...something about HIM as a person still gets on my nerves, though.

And if Lyoto loses this fight he will join Fitch on the undercard too. I was hoping Fitch would have just got canned and jumped to Affliction or something where he would be promoted like the talent he is. But at the end of the day everyone knows UFC is the WWE of MMA and "the place to be" ya know. I'm a fan of both Machida and Thiago but I would love to see Lyoto beat him so he can finally get a title shot.
