Citing two sources close to Tom Brady, The Sporting News reports that the Patriots' quarterback "has no restrictions at all" as he recovers from reconstructive knee surgery. The report comes from Albert Breer, a former Boston reporter who likely still has solid sources in the Pats' organization. Breer says Brady "should be pretty close, if not identical" to the QB who threw for 50 touchdowns in 2007. The staph infections Brady caught after his original Oct. 6 procedure were reportedly contained quickly and didn't affect his recovery. He's currently six months into rehab. "He looks like the same guy to me," said Wes Welker.
You are all in big big trouble

You are all in big big trouble quite possibly true, but i take all Patriots news with a grain of salt... whether it be independent reports or team announcements. Brady could be dead and they would tell us the guys fine and have a clone on the field that following Sunday and nobody would be able to tell the difference...

Meh, I'll believe it when I see it. As I've said before, this injury has hurt, and in some cases completely killed careers.
So until I see him out on that field with no signs of that knee being a hinderence, I can't take anyone's word for it.

That said, Brady was lucky in that his injury happened in week one; which essentially gives him an entire year to get 'ready'.

Was the injury palmer suffered a couple of years ago the same or similar to Brady's?

They are similar, but if you want to get all technical, Carson's was more severe.

Not only will you be wrong, but you will have Tom Brady and his "1 leg" ramming it down Mark "The Franchise" Sanchez twice next year and you will be able to see it first hand. Sure he might not be 100% and his leg might my jello, but even with one leg his arm and head is still better than 99% of other QB's in the league so I will take my chances.

See...I think Tom Brady is praying for a godly offensive line this season. Because, while his ARM is probably still great, he's of no use if he's spending most of the game on his back. And with that injury, he's probably not going to leave the pocket much at all so...ya.

I forgot, the team lost all their offensive lineman last year with Brady.
