Jim Mora was also the coach of the Falcons the last time they made the NFC conference championship game. TRW, what did you think of my previous post concerning why the Jets should sign Marvin Harrison? That was Dan Reeves team. They were practically running his offense as well, since Vick couldn't grasp the new one as well. Reeves only got fired because Vick broke his leg. Jim Mora is a clown. He didn't know how a tie would impact his team in the playoffs. How does a head coach go into an important game and not know this? I think Harrison could be a decent signing. I wouldn't give him more than two years though. He could certainly help Sanchez along, but I don't think he is going to make the team much better than they would be without him. You have more than valid points on Mora. However, I think Mora can do something in Seattle. It will be wait and see. Donovan didnt know about ties either. I agree that you have to be pretty dumb......but its evident that more than a few big name NFL talent dont know about it. As far as Harrison, I agree on the 2 year contract and they most certainly cannot tie up a lot of cap room on him. But I think it gives Sanchez a lot of help with someone that has surefire hands like Harrison and will help build his confidence to go down field to Cotchery or Clowney.

Looks like Comcast and NFL Network are going to allow programming to continue past the midnight deadline while they try and work out a deal.

Sweet, I love to see Spiller going that high. Although you never know though, because Cullen Harper was projected to be a 2nd-1st rounder going into this year and was a complete bust, but as long as CJ can preform then it is all good. He is one hell of a player.

I feel like really anyone in the NFC South right now as they play in their own division, then also against the NFC and AFC East (only team with losing record = Bills)

Two random notes:
The Patriots got Alex Smith (TE) from the Bucs for a 2010 draft pick.
Seahawks re-signed LeRoy Hill to a 6-year deal. As if they really need him, Curry, and Lofa as their LB core. Pretty sick though.

It wasnt meant for you. I was trying to get the opinion of a fellow team fan. Why piss on my Wheaties?
