...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Hartford, CT 08/16/09 - 8:00 PMHello and welcome everybody to another edition of NWL Live! I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa, head reporter of the NWL, and we are here in Hartford, CT, home of the Tri-State Evolution. Tonight, they will attempt to gain some ground on the first place Crush, and they will battle the crush in the second ever 6 man tag elimination match! We will also see some more great NWL action! Let's get to it! - Before the show began, it was announced that the captain of the Boston Brawlers, Tim Smith, will not be able to compete tonight due to concussion-like symptoms. Most of the crowd was pleased that he will not be competing. vs. Match #1; Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors] vs. Josh White [Boston Brawlers]- After 16:16 of action, 'The Shining Light' defeated one of the Warriors from Chicago, after he nailed the Shining and got the pinfall. White looked at his best here tonight and he was able to put Thompson away, to the surprise of the crowd. White definitely got a big win for Boston here. vs. Match #2; Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Ace Bennett [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 28:39 of action, in a turn of events, Kenny King handed Ace Bennett his second loss in the NWL, after a long fought battle between the two. Bennett came close to ending the match several times, but he couldn't slam the door shut. This allowed King back into the match and eventually, King would give him the King's Coronation to end the match. - Afterward, the crowd, and Bennett, watched in disbelief as King celebrated his victory on the ramp way. This one was certainly entertaining. - Intermission - - NWL CEO Jeff Gomez will be meeting with the team captains very shortly to discuss hot topics in the NWL. Be sure to be on the lookout for new NWL announcements on NWL.com! - LyNN of the Chicago Warriors will be signing free autographs following the show! vs. Match #3; Trace Demon [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Steve Corino [Boston Brawlers]- After 15:07 of action, Trace Demon kept the winning going for Las Vegas, after he devastated Corino with the Demonstration of Hell and the pinfall. Demon looked at his best tonight and Corino came very close. The crowd was very interested in the match and it was sad to see it end. vs. Match #4; Assassin [Chicago Warriors] vs. Devin Curtis [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 14:52 of action, Assassin was able to pick up the victory for Chicago, following the Assassin's Way. Curtis was filling in for Red Dragon, who still isn't 100% after the cage match. Curtis slipped again in this one and didn't look at his best. Assassin stunned the crowd with his victory, then again, he did look on point in this one. vs. Match #5; Mike Bockwinkel, Evan Pagano, & Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. Kevin Shamrock, Duan Sanchez Jr., & Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution]- After 28:09 of action, in the second ever 6 man elimination tag match, Kevin Hart was the soul survivor for the New York Crush and was able to make Duan Sanchez Jr. tap out to win the match. The crowd was very into this one and this is how the eliminations went down: 1. Mike Bockwinkel (by himself; he just left the match after about 3 minutes) 2. Kevin Shamrock (by Evan Pagano) 3. Matt Justice (by Kevin Hart) 4. Evan Pagano (by Duan Sanchez Jr.) 5. Duan Sanchez Jr. (by Kevin Hart) - The next time the NWL will be in Hartford is the 5th of September! - We will join you next 3 days from now, on the 19th, when we return to the Sin City! Enjoy your day!

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Las Vegas, NV 08/19/09 - 7:00 PMPlace your bets ladies and gentleman, as we are here live in Las Vegas! Welcome all to another edition of NWL Live and as always, I am Jimmy Pietrafesa! Tonight, the fading Las Vegas Blitz look to move up in the Western Conference! The Blitz will have 2 chances to do so, as we will see 3 singles matches and 3 tag team matches! We are going to get right to action here tonight! vs. Match #1; Evan Pagano [New York Crush] vs. Jason Williams [Los Angeles Most Wanted]- After 07:02 of action, Evan Pagano started the night off right for New York, after he got the victory over Williams following The Calling and a pinfall. Williams still looked a bit off and hasn't really gotten into the ring as of late. Pagano looked very fresh here tonight and back to his old self! vs. Match #2; Josh White [Boston Brawlers] vs. LyNN [Chicago Warriors]- After 10:10 of action, in a relatively close match, LyNN once again picked up a victory for Chicago, after he caught White with a Springboard Forearm. White put up a great fight here again tonight, but just fell short. LyNN looked on fire as usual and it appears nothing can stop this guy. vs. Match #3; Ken Anderson [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution]- After 12:42 of action, Ken Anderson finally broke out of his little slump and really took control of this match. He took control by hitting a Kenton Bomb on the losing Justice for the win. Anderson celebrated with the home town crowd and Justice seemed very disappointed. - Intermission - - It was announced by a NWL official that tonight's crowd is one of the biggest in NWL history! The NWL thanks all the fans who have come out to tonight's show and each fan will be receiving a free NWL DVD sampler after the show! vs. Match #4; Mike Bockwinkel & Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. Steve Corino & Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers]- After 23:51 of action, Kevin Hart was able to defeat both Smith & Corino, after Bockwinkel failed to show up yet again. Hart eventually put Corino down with the Sharpshooter, while Tim Smith laid on the outside holding his head. The crowd would've called this one a definite cluster. - Afterward, Kevin Hart & Steve Corino helped Tim Smith to the back. Smith was seriously in pain and it was known that he was going straight to the hospital. vs. Match #5; Ace Bennett & Red Dragon [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Brian Thompson & Assassin [Chicago Warriors]- After 25:08 of action, in the possible match of the night, Los Angeles was able to overcome the close-second place Warriors, after Dragon caught Thompson with the Red Dragon Driver. These two teams put it all on the line tonight and you can feel the intensity in the match. Bennett looked back to normal here, after suffering only his second loss just 3 nights ago! vs. Match #6; Trace Demon & Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz] vs. Duan Sanchez Jr. & Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution]- After 21:37 of action, in an absolute shock of a match, Duan Sanchez picked up the victory over the Blitz, after he knocked Kenny King out with an explosive Superkick. Shamrock looked the best he has all season tonight and it definitely showed as the Evolution were able to pull out an upset over the home team here. - We will be back in Las Vegas on the 6th of September! The NWL will be back with us on the 22nd in Los Angeles, CA! See you all there!

Yeah Mike you are 1st if you split the teams in half, otherwise your 4th. LA is on top Sad to see Jason losing hopefully he can get a few wins to help the team soon, didn't see White or Justice as much competive wise they just seem like jobbers, glad Ken got the win, don't like that Kev beat 2 men makes Corino and Smith look ultra weak, good to see Ace and Dragon picking up the win, Suprised by the main event as LV looked stronger team, good luck and keep this up

Maybe I was wrong about a full blown losing streak, but I see Bennett losing matches more often now. As long as LA wins the championship.

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Los Angeles, CA 08/22/09 - 3:00 PMToday, on NWL Live, we are indeed California Dreamin', as we get set for yet another show live in Los Angeles! I'm Jimmy Pietrafesa, head reporter of the National Wrestling League and today, we sure do have a show for you, as the Most Wanted look to improve on their Western Conference league! Let's get directly to the action folks! vs. Match #1; Duan Sanchez Jr. [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 22:34 of action, in a wild opening match, Duan Sanchez was able to pull away with the big victory over Kenny King, after he caught King with a Superkick and then set him up for the SGM. The crowd was actually pulling for Duan legitimately and he showed his gratitude by putting on a helluva match! - After the match, the two men shook hands as a sign of total respect. Excellent job by these two. vs. Match #2; Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. LyNN [Chicago Warriors]- After 26:07 of action, in a battle of the two hottest superstars in the NWL at the moment, LyNN emerged victorious...barely! After nailing a missile dropkick, Hart appeared to lock in the Sharpshooter, but LyNN actually rolled him up in a small package and got the 3 count. The crowd loved this one and it is a definite classic! vs. Match #3; Devin Curtis [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Steve Corino [Boston Brawlers]- After 14:55 of action, the home town favorite Devin Curtis fell just a tad short following an Old School Lariat from Corino. The crowd was shocked that Corino was able to pull away with the victory, but the match was definitely called right down the middle. The fans cheered afterward, even though Curtis had lost. - Intermission - - Be sure to look out for the first NWL DVD match listing this week on NWL Roundup! What could it be? - It was announced that everyone who came out to tonight's show will receive a voucher for $10 off NWL merchandise after the show! The crowd certainly liked that one. vs. Match #4; Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution] vs. Assassin [Chicago Warriors]- After 11:32 of action, in a surprising turn of events, Matt Justice actually came out victorious over the captain of Chicago, following a Double Underhook Powerbomb and pin-combination. Justice just got really pissed off in the middle of the match and took control. Assassin didn't look nearly as good as he has, and Justice saw this and took control! vs. Match #5; Mike Bockwinkel [New York Crush] vs. Josh White [Boston Brawlers]- After 6:47 of action, it appeared that Mike Bockwinkel ACTUALLY showed up tonight and kicked the holy hell out of White, finishing him off with the Bockwinkel Special. There were some interesting moments in this match, where Bockwinkel would nail a big offensive move and then sit in the corner of the ring until White got back up. Something is definitely wrong with Mike Bockwinkel... - Following the bell, Bockwinkel ran directly to the backstage area. I really wonder whats going on with this guy! vs. Match #6; Ace Bennett [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Trace Demon [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 28:01 of action, Bennett was able to satisfy the crowd here after he finished Demon off in a very good match. These two put on a clinic for nearly an hour, but it was Ace who emerged victorious, after a brutal Syracuse Drop and pinfall. Ace definitely looked back in form tonight and he was able to defeat the captain of Las Vegas! - The next time the NWL will be in Los Angeles is in 3 days! We will join you next tomorrow night in Chicago! We will see you there!

Another great show from you, duaner. I'm a tad worried about Devin Curtis' losing streak. Hopefully it ends pretty soon, but atleast this past show's defeat was against Steve Corino. Mike Bockwinkel's match is interesting, I guess he's going insane. lol. The main event was great, glad Bennet picked up the win for L.A. Can't wait for the next show, man. Keep this up.

...PRESENTS: NWL LIVE! Chicago, IL 08/23/09 - 3:00 PMIt is a beautiful afternoon here in Chicago and its the perfect afternoon for some hard-hitting action! Hi, Jimmy Pietrafesa here, and we are ready for some NWL action! The Warriors of Chicago look to gain some major ground on Los Angeles and they will have one shot to, as they face Las Vegas in a 6-man elimination tag match! Plus, much more NWL action coming your way...now! - Before the event began, it was announced that Cameron Stone will be returning tonight for Boston & Steve Corino has been sent down in his place. vs. Match #1; Jason Williams [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Matt Justice [Tri-State Evolution]- After 09:26 of action, in a less than stellar opener, Matt Justice was able to pull away with another victory, after delivering a Double Underhook Powerbomb to Williams for the victory. Justice looked just as good as last week and Williams still seemed a bit off. Crowd couldn't really care too much for it. vs. Match #2; Kevin Hart [New York Crush] vs. Cameron Stone [Boston Brawlers]- After 25:40 of action, Cameron Stone tore down the house in his return match, but STILL fell short to the hot Kevin Hart. Hart made him submit to the Sharpshooter in the center of the ring after an epic encounter. The crowd absolutely loved this one and it could be one of the better matches so far this season. - Intermission - - A reminder about the new NWL DVDs were made. Find out more this week on the Roundup! - You will also find out what band will be playing the Best of the Best tournament...location, band, & more this week on the Roundup! vs. Match #3; Mike Bockwinkel [New York Crush] vs. Kevin Shamrock [Tri-State Evolution]- After 16:32 of action, in NWL's first ever disqualification finish, Kevin Shamrock earned a victory for the Evolution, but at what cost? Bockwinkel got himself disqualified after not responding to the referee's 5 count while he was pummeling Shamrock in the corner. Bockwinkel looked like a maniac out there and the crowd was legitimately scared. - Afterward, Shamrock was walking out of the ring when Bockwinkel started assaulting him with a steel chair. A NWL official attempted to stop him, but it was no use, as Bockwinkel hit him too. Bockwinkel gave Shamrock a Bockwinkel Special on a open steel chair. Shamrock was unconscious and had to be taken out in a stretcher. Bockwinkel smiled that whole time; sick son of a bitch. - Intermission - - A short intermission occurred since ring crew had to change the apron since it had blood all over it. Bockwinkel will be fined heavily for this. - Before the next match, Tim Smith cut a promo on how he has found respect for Red Dragon. It will be a pleasure facing him in the upcoming match. vs. Match #4; Red Dragon [Los Angeles Most Wanted] vs. Tim Smith [Boston Brawlers]- After 27:08 of action, in probably their best encounter yet, Tim Smith finally came out on top following a sickening STO. These two shook hands, which was surprising, before the match. The crowd didn't let their attention get away from this one and it was Smith who came out victorious in the end. Excellent match! - Afterward, Dragon offered his hand again to Smith and they shook. A small hug was even given, tons of respect between these two now. vs. Match #5; Assassin, LyNN, & Brian Thompson [Chicago Warriors] vs. Trace Demon, Ken Anderson, & Kenny King [Las Vegas Blitz]- After 29:10 of action, the home town Chicago was able to come out victorious in the 6 man tag elimination match following LyNN eliminating Demon to end it. LyNN was the remaining survivor. Here's how the eliminations went down: 1) Assassin (by Ken Anderson) 2) Brian Thompson (by Trace Demon) 3) Kenny King (by LyNN) 4) Ken Anderson (by LyNN) 5) Trace Demon (by LyNN) - The NWL will be back in Chicago on September 12th! Get your tickets now! We join you next 2 days from now when we return to Los Angeles! See you there folks!
