Futurama's about as funny as King of the Hill. Meaning, not funny at all.

I like some Futurama, but as a whole, it's meh. It's nice that it's coming back. I heard originally it was only going to be 13 episodes, looks like they doubled it. The movies were better than the series as a whole I feel.

Great show, but all the movies were TERRIBLE.
People just don't remember this show in its' prime, same with King of the Hill and Simpsons to a degree, so they talk out of their asses.

Wow, at the Futurama hate. I never really gave the show a chance during it's initial run and chalked it up as a failure, but gave the show another chance on DVD and really liked it. At worst it could be a bit uneven with some dud episodes but overall it was a really good show with some GREAT episodes like "Luck of the Fryish".
And if Bender can't make you laugh, you probably have no soul.

What happened to all the Futurama love? I thought everyone loved it....
And King of the Hill WAS good, for the first few seasons, but it's terrible now.
*reading the mail* Hank: "Bill, bill, bill.....why do we keep getting Bill's mail?"

Hard to believe King of the Hill spawned from the guy who made the classic Beavis and Butthead..... It seems with King of the Hill, they were trying to be the opposite of Stupid and childish which actually failed after the first two seasons. Always wanted to see a Beavis and Butthead/KOTH crossover though But as for Futurama, could be interesting as the end of the last movie left it with them going into a seperate universe... new beginning I hope?

I'm not a huge fan of Futurama but I enjoy it. I also don't understand all the hate for King of the Hill.

Finally, Comedy Central is starting to do things right. Tosh.0, Michael & Michael Have Issues, Strangers With Candy repeats on again, and now new Futurama.
Comedy Central can finally live up to it's name and not just be an outlet for airing crappy "comedy" movies from the 80's.

The DVD's have put me off the Futurama franchise as a whole, but I'll probably check the episodes out regardless.
