Glad BJ won and congrats to Silva even though I was kinda hoping Forrest would be the one to beat him.

great to see my hometown hero BJ Penn defeat ken-flo. Haha and anderson is such a beast, he was toying with griffin the whole fight, just like he does all his other fights. forrest has heart but it just cant match up to silva's skill. kailua boys 96734 Griffin has a good chin, plus he basically caught himself falling down. It sounds so sketchy to me.

Man, this feels good. Now everyone can shut the hell up about BJ's cardio. I totally agree, and Im honestly shocked Griffen got the KO in the first round. Not that I didnt think Silva could do it but damn Silva destroyed Griffen.

I think he knew even before he walked in that he would be outclassed and made a fool of.

Why would he do that, it makes zero sense to why he was throw the fight, if he knew he would be outclassed and made a fool of, why did he sign the contract to face Silva..? Makes no sense..

Ok, so that's probably directed at me. Listen, I never "jizzed" over him. It just upsets me when people say that he's going to gas out by the 2nd Round at a 155 pound fight. They must not watch him at 155, or base his cardio on only his 170 pound fights. Watch the Sherk fight. 3 hard rounds and he was fine. Tonight, 4 and a half rounds and he looked fine. The only fight he's gassed out at 155 was his first fight with Jens Pulver WAY back. So, I'm happy that those people can't say anything about it now. At 170, he gets tired. At 155, no way.
Anywho, I'd like to see an Amir/Hendricks rematch soon. I felt the shots were at the back of the head on Amir and he was getting up when it was stopped. It might have been a little early, but who knows what wold have happened if the fight had gone on another 5 seconds. Could he have fully recovered? Would he get stopped? I think a rematch should happen soon.
I got my money's worth with 7 fights (8 with the fight in the crowd) on the main PPV.

We'll have to wait and see if he makes comments about the fight itself. I think he knew he was done after being knocked down like the 3rd or 4th time.

I never thought I'd see the day where Forrest quit during a fight. He didn't quit when he broke his arm in a fight, or when he was in trouble in any other fight. That, combined with the power of the final KO punch just totally shocked me. He just seemed to never be in the fight. He was defeated mentally before he got in there. I guess he wanted it to be over ASAP.

He basically fell on his on fault, if you look at the Gif Happy Pizza posted a couple of pages ago, he caught his fall with his arm, and he's KO'ed? Makes no sense, yeah Press Conference should be very interesting.

Anyone else think Amir Sadollah's stoppage was...questionable? yeah I like the Hendricks guy but I do believe it was stopped early and a rematch should be in place.

Heres hoping they switch the Forrest and Silva fight to a TKO...I bet I'll place top 20 on the UFC website fantasy if they do that.
I did unreal tonight, called the Pen fight perfectly, and the Forrest Silva fight as well (minus me picking TKO, and it being KO), extreme luck on my part tonight overall.

KO's while still looking like you're up and aware have happened plenty of times in the UFC.

In other cases, they are still moving and maybe even fighting but are actually not reacting to anything going on in the real world. It seems to be the latter case with Forrest.

Hey, I've seen better guys go down to short punches. It just means Silva has serious KO power.
