Shogun was  ing robbed - there's no way Machida won that fight.. I think UFC needs to get some new, slightly less blind, judges. Without a doubt, the worst decision I have ever seen. Like, I couldn't even believe it. I for one was expecting Machida to make easy work of Shogun. Shogun clearly won 4-1. The fact he lost was crazy, the fact he lost by UD is crazier, and the fact that one judge actually scored the fight 50-45 in favour of Machida leaves me speechless.Was probably Cecil Peoples.. |

After watching the fight for about the fourth time I'm still amazed at how much leg damage Machida took yet Shogun still couldn't finish him. I was watching rounds 4-5, the obvious Shogun winning rounds and Shogun just couldn't compeletly take out his legs. Good fight by both of them, I know I got my money's worth.

Just watched the fight again and Im appalled. How could Machida smile and celebratye seriously? I dont respect him for that. I know its not his fault but EVERYONE knows he lost BAD even he does. How could he seriously celebrate? He lost 4-1...

I wouldn't be too mad at him. Imagine how it must feel to be a champion. Then imagine knowing you most likely lost the title. With the obvious sense of relief, it'd be hard for most not to celebrate. Now if he goes around claiming he knows he won that fight without a doubt, then hate on him. As is, his reaction was only natural.

Yea I can imagine the adrenaline rush it would be but after he goes back and thinks about it he still knows he lost that belt...

He knows he lost the fight. His answer to "Do you think you won that fight?" was "The judges gave me the unanimous decision."
